This school is great. They have a good variety of classes for kids and adults. My kid does the bjj and Muay Thai self defense and absolutely loves it. They start them slow and work with kids of all experience levels; obviously mostly beginner :). They also have a weapons class but that's for the more advanced kids. For adults they have bjj (gi and no gi), and a self defense program that encompasses Krav Maga, Muay Thai, Boxing, weapons defense, and grappling defense. They also have a cardio kickboxing class they call Krushbox. It's probably their most popular program. It's a great workout.
