Retro Fitness

By far one of the most complete gyms I have been to. They have a great combination of machines with real metal weights and some old school equipment which I personally love. They also have personal training, group classes, child care, and boxing lessons to name a few. Professional staff and Gym is well kept and clean. Best part is located in Cooper City close to my house.

I love Kelly’s class and her ability to push us! I keep coming back to her class because I get in shape ! I love the environment as well! Everyone in class pushes each other we are all literally a mini family! I love the staff in the kids room! I love the shakes! This has been my go to gym for the past 3 years!! It’s truly a gym for someone who wants to work out! Unlike the other gyms it’s not a fashion show or grunting competition! It’s truly about working out and becoming a much better and stronger version of yourself

Been going to this gym for a little over a month and I really like it. Lots of different equipment, friendly staff, and it’s never too busy. Only downsides are there’s only 3 squat racks and one deadlifting platform, so when the gym is busy it’s unlikely they’ll be a squat rack/platform open. Also, I don’t see many people wiping down their benches/machines after using them, wish management was more on top of this. Overall, a great gym for a great price!

Fantastic place to workout! The fact they have the space to house so much equipment allows you to maximize your gains! I have worked out in many other gyms throughout south Florida, but, this gym is the only one to use! If you’re into staying fit, or healthy, this is the place! The staff especially Jamie, David and Jeff make you feel right at home!! Two thumbs up!!

Best gym I've seen in South Florida! Clean clean clean! Doesn't smell like a gym period!from easy machines to dead weights. Everybody from all walks of life are training. Big boys and big girls down to Granny on the treadmill. The lighting in this place is bright and refreshing as soon as you walk in the door. Snack bar shake bar right there. The owners are always on site. The staff behind the counter is amazing! Wendell...He remembers your name remembers the previous conversation and always greets you. Great place in Cooper City!

My favorite place to train! Super friendly staff, super clean place to workout. They have staff there specifically to keep the place COVID free! I feel extremely comfortable training here! Would definitely recommend my family and friends train here!

Great gym...never really have an issue on waiting for equipment. Staff always welcomes you soon as you walk in the door...it's like walking into you home. Have had a couple of coworkers join and the compliment on the gym as well. See the owner from time to time...nice to see...cares about his establishment.

Retro fitness was a great experience! Easy to afford, amazing friendly staff, and people who make you feel right at home. I’ve never felt comfortable going to the gym but here I have never had an issue. I would and do reccomend this gym to everyone I come in contact with. Keep it up Retro team you’re doing amazing!

Love this gym. Truly the best gym in Broward!💪💪 Lots of equipment variety, multiple classes throughout the day (spin, barre, group training, abs etc...) And friendly staff all for a great monthly price. They also have childcare and tanning booths. Check them out you will definitely reach your fitness goals here. I joined with my husband and loved it so much we convinced our neighbor and mother to join also. Trust you will not be disappoint regardless of your fitness goals (loose weight, gain muscle, or just be fit). Oh and the best part there is never really a wait to use the equipment.
