One word 🔥 fi. No back fat shall prosper with coach Yardy. He makes the environment feel like home and very fun atmosphere. He really cares about each clients concerns & he makes his mission to accomplish the goals you need to live a healthy lifestyle. Thanks for helping me loose over 20 pounds. Great workout! If you are in the Sunrise area, give it a try. I tend to look for unconventional workouts and this did not disappoint.

Le sighhhhhh… I don’t know where to begin. My legs are jello right now. If you want results and motivation then please join. But understand that it’s not slight work. It’s effective. If you wanna play around then don’t join just stay home. Because he has a set of work outs and he’s gonna make sure you get it done. It can take you 30 minutes it can take you an hour it all comes down to your effort and pace. He’s definitely the real deal though. Again if you want results and someone who will work with you, he’s the guy. Very tough but in the VERY BEST WAYYYY!!!!!
