This place is great for kids and adults. Great space and community! I love the variety of classes and each instructor is amazing. I've taken class with all the instructors, they each bring something different to the table. But man that place is so neat and great front desk staffs!!!

I have to say this is a MUST EXPERIENCE! I love love YFF. Customer service is top tier. From the owner, staffs to the teachers. They are very welcoming. The studio is super clean and neat, very refreshing to walk into. The spaces are big which I like because it gives everyone more room. I’m obsessed with the infrared heat, perfect temperature, it’s my favorite part. It’s the most perfect studio i have experienced thus far and will be continuing because this is my new spot!!!

I have had a wonderful experience attending classes at Yoga Factory & Fitness. All the staff is super friendly and I always feel welcomed. If you get an opportunity I recommend taking one of Mike Oliveira's classes. Mike is an amazing teacher! His knowledge of yoga and the expertise he brings to class is fantastic. Mike takes time to guide you through your practice in a gentle yet discipline way. I find myself pushing just a little bit more each class and I have seen my yoga practice grow immensely. I wish he taught more classes!

Yoga factory has truly amazing classes. I’ve taken classes with various teachers and they are all so great. The teacher expertise is top top notch. The space is amazing, so much room so you don’t feel like you have to be on top of anyone or feel like you’re going to hit someone when getting into poses. On Wednesdays and Sundays you can bring your kids for the kids class that goes on while an adult class is happening. It’s a win for all! The vibe here is authentic and exactly what I need. Good tip-buy the class package for money savings!
