Lockers have proven to be ineffective as there have been instances of break-ins. This unfortunate situation has occurred not only to me but also to several others, where individuals steal cash from our bags. When I approached the reception to request a review of the security camera footage, they claimed to be unaware of how to operate them. Despite this issue, I continue to use Youfit for my workouts due to its proximity to my residence. However, I now opt to leave my bag in my car for added convenience and security.

My daughter signed up for this gym to get out and get in shape. Unfortunately the times she goes the gym is packed and she feels uncomfortable asking adults to leave the machines... I went in to cancel the membership and the young man at the front desk told me they were transiting into a new system of canceling and that they were no longer able to do it inhouse so I had to come back and speak with a manager. I came back and asked for a manager and they were in meetings. I came back a third time and spoke with a manager and she told me that they do not cancel memberships and that I must do it over the phone. My daughter has not been in the gym in 4 months after an altercation with an older man when she asked to use the bike he was just sitting on. So I called to cancel. Even though I explained the situation, called to speak with the GM who NEVER called me back, and had been trying to cancel for 3 weeks they STILL did not honor this and charged us for another month. They have ZERO customer service. Do yourself a favor and steer so far clear from this place!!!

YouFit is FANTASTIC!!! Eric, the Manager, saved my life by encouraging me to join the gym and it has been life-changing ever since in terms of results, health and fitness. As a breast cancer survivor, I highly recommend my trainer, Sarah, who is full of sunshine, talent and compassion (though don't be fooled she works me to the bone)!!!! I adore both Eric and Sarah for how they have enriched my life and my commitment to fitness...Thank you SO much XO!

Staff is friendly. The cleaning lady is very hard working, she is always smiling and greeting everyone. My complaint is the dumbbells on the second floor. There are very limited options of weights and they are destroyed. I’m getting blisters on my hands from it. It is unsafe. Hopefully they can be replaced soon.

When I cancelled the membership due to I have to give a 30 days prior notice the charge to me one additional payment but NOBODY tell me about that seem to be a fraud because if it appear in the contract is still a fraud, apart from that the call center person (Miguel) was very unfriendly after requesting it then please take this into account before to select this service. Apart from that the monthly cost is higher that they mentioned, another fraud.

Love it the cleaning lady is amazing. Friendly front desk people everybody is wonderful give me opportunity to you to regroup and focus my mind. I'm able to lock my account and not spend any money other than me membership and go through a cleansing Journey while I Stay on their property it was enlightening I was able to lose 10 pounds isolate myself and gather my thoughts. They don't know that I am not homeless but we're going through a personal Journey.

I have been going to YouFit for almost 3 years and Jayson has been my personal trainer for almost 2 years. Jayson transformed my life in the best way possible. He pushes me day in and day out (he is not easy to negotiate with). He has helped me develop a love for the gym that I never knew I could have. He always walks in with a positive attitude which makes the experience that much better. His knowledge of fitness has helped me become the strongest I have ever been in my life. The other trainers and front desk employees are super friendly and always ready to help.

SCAM!!! So in May I was trying to cancel my membership but because of the unprofessional employees at the gym I went back and forth with them and emails about how to cancel, the emails told me to cancel at the gym and when I went to the gym they told me twice that I had to do it online then their system was down so next thing I know it’s June I go to a different health club to cancel and finally they let me cancel I was told I would pay for the month of July because of the 30 day notice but no one told me about a annual fee which I was charged for. Unfortunately I was not informed about the annual fee and if I was able to cancel in May like I attempted to I would not have to pay this in the first place. Poor customer service and lazy employees.

YouFit is my second home!! I love the new machines and the new Olympic platform, but the best best for me is the affordable personal training they offer. I have been working with Jared in Weston and he rehabbed my knee to where I couldn’t body weight squat and now I am squatting 140lbs! More than I’ve ever had! Staff is always friendly and I just love being there.

Decent gym but not enough benches (3 benches for the entire free weight area!) and the requirement to use their terrible app is really annoying. Why do I have to click “skip” multiple times just to check in? Bring back the physical passes, it was way more convenient.
