YouFit Gyms

I've only been at this gym for 3 months but I've been with youfit for 1 year. I recently had fraud on my card so I called to update it with a new one before my billing cycle renewed . I was told by the receptionist "You can not update the information over the phone and it must be done in person". I found this statement to be strange as I've updated my card in the past over the phone. I wasn't able to find the time to come in to do so . So I called again and spoke with a different receptionist and they said " Yes I can update your card information no problem" . By this time I was being charged a late fee so I asked to speak with a manger and coincidentally they were not able to come to the phone but would "call me back" . Of course I received no call back and I called again and spoke with a manger to update the card. I check my credit card statement and they still charged me a late fee. I called back and again asked to speak with a manger and he refused to come to the phone instead advised the receptionist to inform me "We can not issue a refund and next time I should add my bank account information instead of my card to avoid late fees". There customer service is terrible and disorganized! I loved youfit but I will be canceling and joining another gym.

Probably one of the worst cancellation experience you can ever have, nearly impossible to cancel your membership. First overcharged me three months in a row without any notification and told me I did an upgrade myself and didn’t remember lol. Then took me days to finally talked to a manager that promised me to reimburse me two months membership for free as the difference they overcharged and that never came through. And when I went to cancel my membership they told me I’ll have to contact the hotline to cancel because apparently they can’t cancel your membership in person. And when you dial the number it doesn’t even have a customer service it’s just a robot keep repeating your payment information lol. I’ve been coming to this gym on and off for more than three years they always had that special vibe that other gym don’t have and I can fairly say this place is getting worse and worse from the management to receptionist. Sad

Great. Lots of different and newer equipment. Well maintained and clean, with friendly staff. No one bothers you.

Excellent facility! The manager, Pauland, is knowledgeable and helpful. The sauna and restrooms are always clean, and the floor is as well. I enjoy being a member.

Filthy location and the surround music is very demonic and ghettos… bring your earplugs. People don’t wear deodorant so get ready to smell the most disgusting body odor ever recorded in human higiene

They tried to steal my purse out of the locker and the workers help orchestrated everything. There is a lot of cross contamination going on. I would not recommend this gym.

Great gym , Amazing staff , I just wish the cardio machines wouldn’t take months to get fixed :(

Trash company, dirty old gym, with little scrawny disrespectful Gym trainers that doesn't look like I can lift himself out of a wet paper bag. Much better cleaner gyms to spend your money at.

I’m rating this place 5 stars. Absolutely incredible service from the front desk. Staff is extremely knowledgeable and will take care of any needs you may worry about. I’ve had the pleasure of meeting mangers who take customer service above and beyond. For a personal experience as a powerlifter, this place more than you will ever need. From a surplus of benches and squat racks. For the public who are trying to get in shape this place is a wonderful to get started. I would 100% recommend this place for those who are starting their journey or experienced lifters.

This gym is ok. I just wish their machines were thoroughly wiped down better. Especially the dried up sweat drips on the stair master.
