EOS is the frontier airlines of gyms. They start out cheap but by the time you add up all their addons and fees, your paying right up there with any other gym. They say no sign up fee, but instead they just call it a "yearly membership fee". Their ads deceptive and borderline criminal. This Place is a complete joke! Stay away!

The gym itself is good but it has gotten beyond crowded where I’ve seen lines for bench. You’d could be in here for an hour and have only been able to hit two things. If you value your time go somewhere else.

Theres a few things I can say about this places ammenities, the gym experience here and the customer service.I came to this location from Planet Fitness because thought they had more amenities to offer like a jacuzzi and Sauna if you get the blue membership. I find out later after I signed up they only have a sauna and pool, no jacuzzi. They offer classes and have a dark heavily air conditioned theater for cardio which is great when all the treadmills outside are full. Be warned, this gym is super packed during the day so much so that benches and deadlifts are usually always fully used up making doing specific workouts more difficult. If you get annoyed easily by having to wait for machines and benches this place may not be for you. Now as to customer service. These guys are pure sales people. They are greedy, shady, rude, and ruthless when it comes to changing membership status and will not work with you at all unless you give them more money for made up penalties if you aren’t satisfied. They also deliberately hide info if you arent fully informed about the gym firsthand so beware. Overall you can get a good workout here when its not overcrowded just be careful what you sign up for and dont expect the employees to help you at all if you want to save money.

This gym gets very crowded, so I only go between 11 pm to 1 am. Before signing up, I was told that everything in the gym is included with membership. No one mentioned that the activity room was off-limits. I mainly do calisthenics and floor exercises, so I needed the floor mirrors in the activity room to see and correct my body posture. I specifically asked about the activity room, and was reassured that “everything” was included with membership. Upon finding out that the activity room was off-limits, I spoke with the assistant manager about it. He wouldn’t allow me to use the activity room, so I asked him to just cancel my membership. They charged me for an additional 1 month, because apparently cancelation is 1 month advance. Now I am stuck paying an extra month for a gym that I won’t be needing.

I have been a member at EOS for 7 years. I have signed up for the kids club membership for my 2 children. My older daughter is 8 and has been going to EOS since she was 2 years old. We loved going to EOS. About a month ago, I went to the Murrieta location and checked my kids in only for them to tell me that I don’t have childcare and I haven’t had it since 2021. I asked how is that possible since I go nearly every day to the Temecula location and they said that people just weren’t doing their job. I was going to talk to member services at the front but they were busy so they told me I was ok for the day and someone would call me whether from Murrieta or Temecula so we could figure it out. No one ever called. I went back to Temecula and I was told my childcare was still not there. I asked to figure it out and they redirected me to calling Murrieta. I only froze my membership twice. Once after I had given birth to my second child where it was then reactivated, and the other time was when COVID happened and they automatically froze childcare services. After that, me and my family continued to go. Murrieta put a request in to reactivate my child care. 2 weeks pass by and I call and they tell me it’s still processing but I can go and work out and that they would call Temecula and put it in my notes on my account. I go to Temecula and they tell me no one called and that there were no notes but they allowed me to stay. I call back Murrieta and explain the situation again, this person did not see that the request was put in to reactivate my childcare and I haven’t had it since 2022, which was different from what I last heard. I emailed the customer service email I had written when initially freezing my account only to be told that I had cancelled my child care membership September 20th of this year. I write back how is that possible and that I never authorized that and they did not write me back. I call back Murrieta and explain further. They said they could put back child care services onto my account but this time I would have to pay 25$ per child when before I paid 15$ for both my kids. I asked how is that fair when I never authorized for it to be cancelled. They told me a manager would call me. 3 days pass by with no calls. I call back again and ask about my status. They said that the manager would call me back when they get in at 4PM. It’s 6 o clock with no calls. I am very frustrated at this point and call to cancel my membership and I explain why. The lady on the phone didn’t apologize, didn’t try to remedy the situation in anyway. I am very disappointed in EOS. I wanted to stay because me and my kids were comfortable going there and we loved the kids club staff. This situation felt like it happened so I would be charged more. To be treated this way after being a member for years and years is very saddening and I will be going elsewhere.

This gym is worth exactly what you pay for it. It’s always crowded and the equipment is often times broken. I wish there were more options for clean, modern, and affordable gyms in the area.

EOS Fitness is one of the most pathetic gyms is Southern CaliforniaI was member for more then 2 yrsOne day I came with a friend to try the gym out and ask for a complementary 7 day pass I was told that they do not give such thing at the gym!This was the most stupid thing I heard since you can get one for free on line!They charge me 20 dollars !Please be aware of the people who run the gym and their tacticsThe good part by living in Southern California is there are very many gyms around so screw them and their methodsDo not waste your time here!!!!!!

Trashy gym, sad to say.The amount of teens and adults that SMOKE in the gym IN PLAIN SIGHT is insane; it’s like this place has no regards for health or cleanliness.Night staff isn’t very friendly, and also doesn't seem to care about anything outside of socializing with friends.Thinking the Murrieta EŌS might actually be better, because no amount of “space” or “new” equipment can justify smoking INDOORS while working out, and having no care for those around you.

Biggest (Literally huge and has everything you need here) cleanest gym in all of Temecula. If you have one spot to only go to forever this HAS to be it. Very diverse too and I love that! Big, small, old or young, fat, or skinny everybody is amazing here with each other, and are all on the same mission, I promise.
