Derrick was rude and ill informed. I have been a member for 5+ years and I am now thinking about canceling my membership. We have had the same issue with membership privileges over and over.

Great gym , all the equipment is newer and I’m working conditions. The staff is so helpful the technician keeps the machines in Great shape .

The gym is decent, but they overcharge you if you don’t cancel 30 days prior to the year membership starting, I wanted to cancel and this dude who supposedly is the manager assistant told me that I have to pay an annual membership fee, I told him but I want to cancel my membership why are you you going to charge me for a year membership fee, they charge and they Don’t display that on their website not a good gym

Update: Staff is still great, but the sink on the left hand side in the men’s bathroom was STILL inoperable this morning , and the towel rack for the handicap shower is STILL broken off and not replaced.The stationary fan bike seat is STILL jacked up and needs to be tightened.The foot strap to one of the row machines is also broken.Its been 3 weeks since this review was posted. This is just sad.

This is by far the best gym I have ever worked out at. I have been a member since 2020. I work crazy, irregualr hours but can always count on this gym to be open for me. I even got a workout today on July 4th!There is a calm, chill atmosphere here. No big attitudes or intimidating members. All skill/experience levels feel welcome. But there is plenty of motivation too! I see members half my size, twice my age lifting more & working out harder than me. I love it! Takes my workouts to the next level.The gym is always spotless. Fans & a/c are always cranked up. There are several machines or equipment to workout any specific muscle group. So even at peak times you can get a good workout in.The staff is great too. My wife & I are members for life!

This place is not a great gym, their management distributes and receives private and personal information from unaffiliated businesses. More to this they feel that they can control you!! Worst gym to go too!!!

I started coming here in 2020 and something ive always loved about this place is how clean they keep it! Everyone here treats it like a work space, everyone cleans their area and the weights are always nicely stacked where they belong. It makes it easy to get in and out, we all know how much we dislike folks who dont re rack the weights correctly.Overall great value for the pricing and the staff is always there to help!

This gym is ran very well! Alan is the manager and runs this business in tip top shape! Even after Covid, there is a staff member there sanitizing equipment. Paper towels always stacked and cleaner! Don’t take these things for granted because not all of the locations are well equipped. Staff is friendly and trainers always there.

The staff are wonderful and the layout, size, and equipment are great! The bathrooms are nauseating. Dirty, smelly, and the sink to wash your hands is almost always broken. If they could get that dialed in, the place is AMAZING!!

Great gym to attend! If you're older and want room to breathe make sure to avoid the busy times. 24hr access currently!Lots of modern equipment here.Clean bathrooms and showers including a Sauna. Tanning booths and massage room require a more expensive membership.The manager of this gym is a great guy. The gym is always clean!
