Is a pretty good gym with good equipment and a nice atmosphere. Only issue is that it appears that ownership does not care about fixing equipment in a timely manner. The glute kickback machine has been out for a year now and multiple other …

I switched from Planet Fitness to Crunch back in January and it was well worth it. I went from an infrequent pfit member who basically let them absorb my money to a consistent, multiple days a week gym goer. The main draw for me was the classes and training (offered in theory at planet but I've never seen it haha!)? The instructors are amazing and there's a huge selection of classes. I will go crazy if I can't go to Alyssa's Zumba class. I have lost 30lb and counting since switching to crunch and more importantly have gotten stronger and actually found that I enjoy exercise and look forward to it which has led me to include it in my life outside the gym.The facility is always clean and the equipment is nice. Like anywhere, things break down but are usually quickly repaired besides things out of their control like waiting on parts. The staff are all very helpful. The GM, Cameron, is super attentive.Only took away a star because it is on the smaller side and the only location in Toledo, so the demand is huge. The most "gymtimidation" I feel is when the place is absolutely packed. If they were to ever open another Toledo location, I hope it would be to the same standard!

Nice newer equipment, well-maintained. Only con is that when equipment breaks it takes a LONG time for it to be fixed. The infrared pod was down for 3-4 months before it was fixed. The women's sauna was down February-April during peak time it would have been best to use.Quite a bit of turnover here so lots of new hourly employees and teachers over the years.Best gym for lifting -- 4 squat racks. 4 bench press. A few cable machines. A lot more advanced equipment and far nicer for serious lifters than PF down the street.UPDATE: Only gym in Toledo that has a sauna. Next closest gym sauna that I'm aware of is all the way in Maumee (Esporta).

The environment that has been created is breathtaking not only by the employees but the ones working out and on their journey. there’s so much room for growth, and there is only words of encouragement spread by everyone who walks through the door. for someone who uses the gym as therapy or a safe spot, just as many of us do, i find myself walking through those doors each day. not once has the environment changed in anyway. i will forever recommend crunch fitness, not only is it my safe spot but it is my home.

I love this gym! The staff is friendly, the gym is clean and well-maintained, they have many machines and free-weights to choose from, and the locker room is always clean.

Decent gym, but needs a lot more Porter work around peak hours and in general. Needs better allocation of equipment towards free weights. Trainers seem to not care about others in the gym as they constantly block off the whole HIIT area when using half or less of that total area.

This is the 3rd gym I've used in Toledo. It is THE BEST. The group fitness classes are so much fun! The relaxation and recovery are great, and the sauna! Also really like the body analysis thing.
