Been here a few times and had amazing experiences with other employees, enjoyed the atmosphere and gym. Brought multiple new members here as well. Would drive an hour to come workout and one night i showed up was planning on purchasing a guest pass like i have the nights before had a horrible experience with a very rude judgemental disrespectful and inconsiderate employee and i will never return here again. Offered to pay for a guest pass. I believe his name was andy. I can’t believe great businesses hire such horrible people. Ruins business and lost people that support all locations. Have brought over 10 people here and now none of us will ever return.

Hidden fees. Can't cancel membership over phone or email. Contact auto renews. Was told if I did not pay "maintenance fee" then it would be sent to collections. Save yourself time + effort and go elsewhere.

I'm glad I joined this gym. It's a real gym where people come to because they have real goals and want to be stronger and healthier. The trainers are awesome, too. I've seen many trainers that go through the motions but this place is different. You know you've had a good workout and not just because the trainer wore you out. They take you through a workout that fits you and your goals. I can say this with confidence as I am a personal trainer and can appreciate the quality service they provide their clients.

I attended the now closed Perrysburg location for approximately 3 years and at first it was great. Lots of equipment, clean, not too busy and open 24/7. I always paid for my year in full, by the middle of year 3 it became bad that I left even though I paid for the full year. The staff was rude and unhelpful, on multiple occasions new customers would come in and just stand at the front desk for long periods of time because the staff simply left. Equipment broke down and was not repaired. Tread mills would stop in the middle of a run, TV's wouldn't work, benches had cracks in the vinyl among other things. Though my 1 year contract has expired they continue to contact me and say that I owe them for months that I never agreed to. However in years past when my contract lapsed, I simply lost access until I signed a new contract. I'm going to guess they are trying to reach for any penny they can because they closed multiple locations in the past year and a few friends of mine have had similar experiences with this company. Avoid, there are plenty of other gyms

Was a member for 8 years, canceled my membership earlier this month, but was still charged for the 2018 maintenance fee. I reached out to the owner directly (Keith Zoeller), and he has acknowledged my message, but has done nothing about getting me a refund, I even offered to pay a prorated amount for just January, but have heard nothing. Most importantly, the gym has declined within the past 6 months. It’s dirty, mold in the women’s locker room that was just painted over multiple times, but it comes back during the warmer months, no matching and limited weights/plates, half the cardio equipment doesn’t work, leaky ceiling and duct work, no more paper towels, hand dryers that don’t even produce hot air to dry hands, toilets that clog every other week, the list could go on. I would not recommend this gym to anyone, the decline of this gym is saddening. Spend your money elsewhere.

This is the perfect gym if you are serious about fitness / lifting and dont want to pay a bunch of money for things like a sauna or exercise classes. Just a gym with the equipment you need, no hassle. Open 24/7 which is great too.

I did enjoy my membership with F4A till they closed the Monroe Street location and moved everybody to the Holland-Sylvania location. Now there is no child care and that is the main reason we joined. Very unhappy customer now.

This gym is one of the best in the country. I workout all over, while visiting the area I discovered this gym. Hard core professional trainers to new ppl. Very friendly and helpful

Monroe St location closed never became a 24 hr location , and then pay cash for the year and all dues and still charge me 21.24
