Gym itself is alright, standard equipment, but the process for cancelling your membership is notoriously downright malicious, expect to pay 25 to 50+ dollars just to cancel your membership (which must be in the store, convenient for the gym there is no online function or over the phone for cancelling your membership). If you live a good distance from this gym, it's not worth it. There are other gyms with more equipment, that are much cheaper, and with much better customer service. The business model is shady at best, Would rather go to planet fitness then spend 60 dollars just to purchase a standard membership. Heed my advice and stay away or cancel sooner rather than later.

I recently had an extremely unpleasant experience with Go Mad Fitness. Upon trying to cancel my membership I discovered that they had forged my signature to renew a contract without my knowledge or consent. This kind of unethical behavior is unacceptable and demonstrates a complete disregard for their customers' rights.When I confronted the Go Mad Fitness management about this issue, they were unhelpful and dismissive, refusing to take responsibility for their actions. Their lack of transparency and accountability only worsened the situation.As a result, I strongly advise potential customers to exercise caution when considering a membership with Go Mad Fitness. The forgery of signatures raises serious concerns about the gym's integrity and business practices. It is disheartening to see a fitness establishment resorting to such dishonest tactics to retain customers.I urge anyone considering joining this gym to thoroughly review all documents, contracts, and agreements before signing anything. Be vigilant and make sure you are fully aware of your rights and obligations. It is regrettable that a place that should promote health and well-being would engage in such deceitful practices.Personally, I will never trust Go Mad Fitness again, and I hope that others can learn from my experience. There are many reputable gyms out there that prioritize their customers' satisfaction and uphold ethical standards. I recommend exploring those alternatives instead.

I like the leg equipment and I wanted to see about getting a free pass for a week so that I could do my one body part a day routine but no one was at the counter when I was done so I left but I loved how quiet and empty it was at the time when I was there and hopefully I'll get a chance to try the other equipment and make my decision on whether to join or not

Won't let you leave your contract fairly! I loved this gym up until now. My husband got a new job 2.5 hours away when I tried to cancel my membership because I literally can't use it anymore they told me I need to give a 30 day notice so I needed to pay for another month. I asked to talk to a manager and they were working out so I needed to come back another day. Well again, I now live w.5 hours away so the next time I was able to come back was 2 weeks later. They wouldn't even let me cancel over the phone. When I was able to come back it was the second of the month and the manager not only told me I still had to pay for the time I wasn't going to be here, I also had to pay another month later cuz it was the second. This is ridiculous and they need to have a moving policy.

I love the gym but this place needs new management. It’s constantly dirty, needs a vacuum, and the walls and mirrors look like they never get property cleaned. The workers who close don’t do much to pick up the place before they leave, equipment is everywhere in the morning. Equipment is constantly broken and there is a gap in the rubber flooring that management is aware of and said they were “working on” getting fixed (that was about 3 months ago and nothing as been done). The squat racks aren’t centered to the mirrors so you are only able to see yourself in one of them then you use it.I don’t think members should have to deal with things like this considering they are paying to be here. Even former employees have said that this is is not as important to the owner as the 2 they have in Monroe so sad

The gym is unsanitary. I have asked for management to clean and obviously the requestDoesn’t mean anything. I have also asked for more equipment and obviously that has been ignored as well.Today Saturday December 25th around 1:00 I witnessed someone running on a treadmill and sweating so much it created a puddle on the floor. Then they moved to another treadmill next to that one and did the same thing. When he finished, neither of the treadmills were wiped down!!! What is wrong with you!!! Your lucky I didn’t catch you leaving because someone needs to confront you.So, with people like that and the gym never being cleaned, towels that are soaked, it’s no wonder people try to find another gym to go to.I would too, but I still go because of the location and because it’s 24 hours.

Good gym, all the necessary equipment to get a full body workout. Bathrooms and showers are nice. Green area to push sleds, pull/throw ropes, flip tires and, freestyle etc. All the equipment is modern and efficient. Free weight section is legit. My biggest and only gripe is how I couldn't cancel conveniently. I had moved out of the area and there was NO way to cancel without physically coming into the place. That is so ridiculous. They even said I could have someone (friend/family/anyone) come in and cancel. There is literally no actual reason for this except to keep me on the chain for my monthly cash despite not using the gym. This was so frustrating and it felt shady because it is. Tell me why cancelling over the phone, via email, or through the website isn't possible. This sealed the deal for me to ever go back.

The gym has a constant beeping within the facility.. This has been a constant for the 4 months I’ve been going here… the music is turned up to cover it up, minimal effort has been taken to find the root cause of the beeping. It drives me crazy, as someone who notices things like that, sounds like someone’s watch timer is always going off.Corners and detailed areas are not cleaned.Other than that, love 24 hour access and decent amount of equipment. Love the hydro massage beds.

I've been coming to Go M.A.D. for almost 2 years and find this gym to be the best. Any issues regarding equipment or the facility are addressed when brought forward. Owners, trainers and staff are friendly and accommodating. The gym is large with a great layout. I fully endorse Go M.A.D.

I have been a member for a little more than a year. Since the start there have been a decline in quality when it comes to cleanliness and consideration of members. I will not post pictures today but next week if the situation has not changed then I will post each week it is the same. It has been 32 days since I have taken notice that the mens locker room has not be properly cleaned.1.The floor is a tile floor which you would think would make it easy to pour bleach or whatever get a scrub broom and clean it. You can see the high traffic area becoming dirtier by the week.2. The sinks have not been cleaned well there is a slimy grey substance forming in them.3. There is water that is dripping from the ceiling over the paper towel dispenser, the water sits on the ground and is turning black.4. The sauna I know for a fact has not been cleaned this since June 1. There is dried on who knows what on sitting area and the floor. And though the gym is 24hrs the sauna is not... [which they fail to mention when you sign up.]5. The shower clogs up and there is a urine smell when you shower, the floor around and in the showers - as well as the curtains need a thorough cleaning.Stay tuned next week for photos. Hopefully the manager will take care of it if the problem becomes public.Next on the agenda.The spin room-The spin room is rarely, if ever, open for members...I have been given so many excuses as to why they are not available but if I'm paying to use the gym and all of the amenities and machines that come with it then why are those off limits?there is a calendar with spin times that are TBA and on the chance there is an instructor you will never know. The majority of the time there is no spin instructor. Again, next week I will post a pic for validation. Wanted to give them time to make the necessary adjustments.On a good note, the weight area is kept very tidy, little to no dust, and machines are kept clean. I have been here at all times of the day and it's never been so busy I cant get a good lift.As of now the owner has not shown himself to be trust worthy enough to take him at his word.Here we are a week later... nothing has changed
