Going to this gym for about a year now. Clean, friendly staff, popular equipment is always open because they have a lot of bench presses and cable machines. They have one of everything. Love it.

Promised a free month trial and received a contract and was charged on the first day. The gym is gloomy and melancholy. Half of the machines are broken at all times. The prices are continually changing without notice, and bet on being charged twice in a month.

The last several times I brought my daughter to the Reynolds location there was no one in daycare. She ends up sitting next to me while I work out. I call to cancel the service they aren't providing and they say she's under contract so I can't. She further states that they're in the daycare all the time. I guess the implication is I must be making it up. Been working out here for years. Super disappointed.

A bit pricey if you sign up for a short-term contract but overall a nice place to work out. Staff is friendly and the pool is warm. The hot tub is also really nice.

Canceled our membership in February this month they decide to take out dues without permission. I spoke with 2 different people that had horrible attitudes regarding my REASONING for canceling saying that their hours have been the same since we signed up as well as " you can try to get your money back" steph AKA Betty fly, and Dan AKA Dan why. Giving false names and talking down to me about needing to cancel our member ship because we no longer have the means to go to their gym. Steph would not give her name, I had to call back and get her name from another associate Dan who started to give her name but was instructed by her not to give her name and then gave me the name Betty fly. I have NEVER been treated so poorly, not to mention that their gym has male trainers giving inappropriate attention to teenage girls in the WOMEN ONLY area.

Stay away from this gym because their contracts are a scam. They lock you in for a ridiculous timeframe with the idea that you can easily cancel if you move away. I was supposed to do 1 year and now its 3years, I moved away and nothing.This gym is terrible. The equipment is outdated and poorly maintained. The staff is good. Save yourself the trouble and find a better gym. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Giving a 3 when it could easily be 5.The Reynolds location is more low key but still has great variety of equipment and spaces. I do have a lot of complaints regarding their maintenance and cleanliness.Lots of dust everywhere, and its particularly the thickest inside the ventilation grates of their ceilings. Their vent shafts in the bathrooms/locker rooms are SO clogged with dust that the rooms remain humid and musty. Also the Women’s locker room smells like straight sewer..The carpet flooring in the aerobics room is gross and due for either a deep cleaning or flooring remodelmany pieces of Equipment are out of service with long down times.Lastly, the turnstile is slower than molasses and needs like 5-10 seconds to process you through.When I go to the other SF location and see how much better quality these aspects are, I don’t understand why this same standard can’t be held at the Reynolds location.

So many better gyms in the area. Staff isn’t all that friendly, dim lighting, dirty, and you need to sign a 3 year contract that you can’t get out of unless you move 25 miles away or prove you can’t workout anymore lol. Gave one star because the sauna is cool.

I've been at this gym 7 yrs but been with superfitness since 99 nothing has been upgraded in this gym all the treadmills are out dated and the equipment is outdated, pads are cracking bad they need to do better.

Headache to cancel your gym membership. I would definitely recommend going somewhere else. I was still charge for covid Months when they shut down gyms. Don’t care about they’re customers.
