This is the future of working out! I got a complete full body workout in 20 minutes and I only have to do it 2x per week! Heather guided me through each movement and coached me when my form broke down. I am excited to do more Exercise coach

I started exercising at the Exercise Coach in Perrysburg about 6 months ago and am loving the results! I am stronger than I have been in years and the added strength has helped me have less back/neck pain and more energy! The coaches are professional and knowledgeable and the environment is super clean. The workouts are super efficient and target every major muscle group. As a PT, I would recommend this place to anyone who has graduated from rehab and is looking for a place to boost their strength, balance and stamina.

Best investment I made in myself! I'm 74 and never liked to exercise but I knew exercise was the key to maintaining good health. I was thrilled last week to learn my bone density scan showed marked improvement with no signs of osteoporosis/osteopenia, also my balance has definitely improved. The staff are friendly and supportive and 20 minutes twice a week to achieve better health is a gift to yourself.

Great atmosphere with wonderful, positive professionals guiding you step by step. I've had one-on-one training before and this is at a much higher level. The effort expended in the session is so far above anything you are used to. I highly recommend The Exercise Coach in Perrysburg!
