The HCG product is amazing. It curbs appetite so well that you sometimes forget you haven't eaten!!! In the beginning 2 lbs to 3lbs a day for 1st week then a consistent 1 lb a day there after. The program works if you are consistent and follow the prescribed diet. If you are serious , then this is a perfect program to drop those extra pounds. But you must be diligent about not eating food not on plan!!!!

I was at my worse health and weight in my life. A friend told me about this lifestyle change and it changed my life for the best. The weight fell off, my energy came back, my liver levels were normal. I had another child since and I am going back to gain my health once again.
