Beach Life Fitness Boutique has a workout series for moms (CoreMOM) that represents a need we all have, pelvic core health! If you’ve been pregnant, have had a baby, or are postpartum - this class is for you. Alyssa, the instructor, is not only passionate and sensitive towards her community of mommies, but effectively teaches you how to use your breath, tighten and strengthen your body from your core, and prepare and repair your body from the incredible amount of changes we go through during these stages. She breaks the workout down into thoughtful movements that seem small, and then you find yourself (good) sore the next day. By the end of the series, you’re stronger emotionally, mentally, and physically having been in her class. If you’re like me, it’s also a bonus you can bring your non-mobile baby who looks at you like you’re the world when you’re practicing some self-care in their presence. Definitely recommend!

I joined Coremom 7 weeks post-partum and it has been amazing with Alyssa. Strengthening my core and pelvic floor in a safe way gives me peace of mind in doing everyday activities.Alyssa even takes care of baby during class so you can focus on the movements. Bonus - You get a bit of self-care while also meeting other moms!

Everyone here is someone you want to be around. Danielle is an absolute gem of a person as is every other person on staff. The Pilates classes are challenging but gentle and you can feel comfortable there if you're a normal person! We also recently got cryofacials there which were *amazing* - highly recommend Beach Life, it's the best.

This place is the best! I needed to find a place that I could ease back into exercise comfortably and safely after a back injury and this is it! The instructors are so supportive and knowledgeable, I feel so thankful that I found them. I'm currently taking the Core Mom class for pregnancy and postpartum women, taught by Alyssa- who is amazing- but my youngest child is ten years old! I wish this was available to me a decade ago, it would have saved me from my back injury. I noticed my strength increasing in my core and my whole body in general, within the first couple classes. My husband just said he thinks he should go to the class, because he's noticed such a big difference. I would 100% recommend this class to other women. And I will absolutely continue taking other classes here as well. Don't be intimidated by the name, it is very "boutiquey" in that the classes are small and you get a quality workout in a beautiful studio, but the people and atmosphere are very warm, down to earth and inviting!! I mean, they had me at pancakes and paddle board!

CoreMom Fitness is one of the best things that happened to me during and after my pregnancy! I started these classes at the end of my second trimester and they carried me through the rest of my pregnancy. The exercises strengthened and prepared me for childbirth … physically and mentally! Alyssa is FANTASTIC, so knowledgeable, and so supportive. The other moms were so helpful and loving too. I am now twelve weeks postpartum and still loving these functional classes so much. I also love that I can bring my baby. Thank you Danielle and Alyssa!

I take the CoreFit class with Alyssa and I love it. Alyssa is an amazing instructor who pays close attention to the needs of all her students. She knows just how to challenge me and I have grown far stronger through her classes. In particular, anyone who needs to strengthen their pelvic floor muscles should take this class. I cannot recommend it highly enough!

I took Alyssa’s CoreMom series when I was postpartum and have dropped in for the occasional class since. Her classes are gentle yet so effective - I am always sore afterward! These classes have helped me strengthen my body in a functional way. I am a runner and find myself going back to class and using these exercises to improve my alignment and posture, and to avoid injury. Alyssa is so knowledgeable and I always feel renewed after her class!

Love this studio! CoreMom Fitness has been perfect for me during pregnancy (pre-partum) and I plan on coming back postpartum! The exercises are strengthening areas I didn't know to strengthen pre-birth and are helping me feel mentally and physically prepared for childbirth. Alyssa is so wonderful to work with and very knowledgeable. It's also been super nice meeting other moms going through the same stages and postpartum with their babes in class! Thank you Alyssa!
