Wonderfully supportive club for women of all ages. Equipment is cleaned daily and maintained well. Hydraulic based machines so you determine force based on your effort. 2 restrooms available and several cubbies for personal items. Towels available and water provided on an honor system. Though I was a younger member, all the ladies were very kind and supportive. Even if you have missed a couple weeks they always welcome you back. For a little extra you can participate in a very upbeat Zumba class or Yoga. Others are offered too, but I remember those as the more popular. There are free support groups you can join that range from meal/food discussions, similar interests (crafts, book clubs), or just socializing - and there are daily games and puzzles to figure out as you exercise. If you solve or win, you are entered into a weekly drawing for a prize!!*The owner, Aftab, was willing to work with me after I lost my job to make sure I still had the ability to work out. Her professionalism and kindness show not just in her actions and words, but in the people she employs! Never a bad moment here!!!
