Fitness 19

This place is awesome. Our home away from home. Always clean, I mean literally always. Machines always working and if for some reason one isn’t working there is proper notification posted to make people aware. Friendly customer service ready to answer questions or assist with the customer needs. Perfect location and parking is never an issuesand my husband and I usually get there around 4ish. It tends to be a bit crowded on Monday’s during the evening then taper off throughout the week. Sunday’s are the freaking best as it’s empty and I can get my workout done. No meat heads or people showing off, just real people motivated to fire up their fitness lifestyle. If you like what you’ve read then do not hesitate to come sign up and get in shape at the best facility.

I was very hesitant to go back to train in a gym, but joining Fitness 19 was the best decision I could have made.Previous gyms I trained in where either too expensive or always packed with people. Fitness 19, however, has an abundance of machines (specifically cardio machines) which removes the pressure of rushing your workouts that comes from working out at a packed gym with few machines (i.e. 24 Hour Fitness).The price is affordable - no contracts or hidden fees.Other gym members are very respectful of others and the training space. I don't feel intimidated in the weight room! No one rushes you or monopolizes machines.The staff is very friendly and keeps the equipment organized and CLEAN. Personal trainers are very informative and effective.Not only does the facility have a great variety of machines, it has variety in weight equipment and amenities.Whether you’re a gym beginner or gym pro, Fitness 19 will be perfect for you.

I have gone here for 2 or more years and it was a great experience. Everyone that works there are so friendly, helpful, and supportive. The gym is very clean and affordable. The gym has everything I need to get a good work out.

This is probably one of the better gyms in the Area compared to planet fitness & Blink. Always clean front desk is extremely nice and helpful. Personal trainers are top notch as well as management. They have an abundance of machines as well as dumbbells and barbells 10 of 10 in my opinion.

Gardena finally has a gym that has everything I need! The first thing you notice that sets the tone for the atmosphere is great music, and a smiling staff. The classes are a true workout and great for all skill levels. The trainers really care about educating their members.Another thing that's great here is overall cleanliness. I always see staff members going around the gym, cleaning, asking us if we need help, and just making sure that were comfortable overall. The equipment is well taken care of and you can tell! I always have something to do when I get my workout in.I can't say anything but positive things about this facility!

For just working out the gym is great! Machines are state of the art and my trainer, John, is fantastic. He pushes me, but also works within my limitations. It's always clean and they also have child care. And they have a fabulous HydroMassage machine, that can really help your body after your workout! The TVs are great too! I've been to Gold's Gym, 24 Hour Fitness, and LA Fitness. The cost is also great. Check it out!!!🌺🌼

Been coming here for a month and it’s a great gym. Super clean and the staff is friendly. Yareli is really cool, friendly and always willing to help you if you have any question. Overall, very satisfied and if you are looking for a new gym that is clean and convenient then, I definitely recommend the fitness 19 located in Gardena.

Love , love this gym. Employees always greet you with a smile and are eager to help clients. Fully equipped, so you can get a good workout. Nice and clean facility too. 5 stars to the staff and trainers.

Great gym for an even better price! Always clean and the machines work so I can get my workout done and head home. Great assortment of supplements and do not forget about the hydromassage.....the best!! Staff is always friendly and they have hours that work for my crazy long work days. I definitely recommend them to my friends!

Extremely clean. The cleanest gym I’ve ever been a member of. Polite staff. Always willing to help immediately. Also a nice array of equipment. Best experience so far in my 17 years of working out. Highly recommend you come check them out for yourself
