The place is a little outdated and although occasionally, there is remodelling going on, the improvements struggle to keep up with the Italian style of the whole complex, which cheapens it out. Additionally, members have an overwhelming attitude of exclusivity which makes you wonder as a number of them are medical doctors and it is assumed that they regularly deal with the public. The saving grace is its personnel, especially the girls working at the restaurant and the manager. You go there a couple of times and they are able to call you by name and remember your preferences. They are absolutely amazing. Honestly, before they came onboard, I never left a tip because I don't have time to deal with attitudes, but since this new team came, they make everything easier, which takes service to the next level. They are the reason, really, for this overall rating. If not for them, it would be two or three stars at the most.

My family and I have been members for about ten years now. The staff has always been professional, friendly, and really helpful! They have consistently made upgrades and renovations to the club. This place is really clean and has many amenities.. My favorite is the three strength trainings rooms!!!

Little mini resort with a gym and a full bar. How awesome is that? Great place for the whole family to get fit and spend time together.

Just signed up for my membership today, that Sam guy working the sales made that too easy. Really knew what he was talking about and even my wife was surprised on how knowledgeable he was. I'll definitely be telling my colleagues about this place and send them straight to Sam.
