Love this gym! Came here from anotherCrossFit gym in the area and this place is awesome. All the coaches are great, they are knowledgeable, attentive, and hands on. the workouts are amazing, members are inviting and the facility is top notch. Highly recommend if you’re in the area.

Class was great! It was a long workout with a big group in before, but Coach Ashley did a perfect job of setting expectations around a quick warmup before hand, checking in individually with everyone, and introducing me and someone else doing their first class to the rest of the members. Space is awesome, equipment is top-notch, and everyone was very welcoming!

Definitely felt welcomed, first and foremost. Great coaches and overall awesome personalities! For my first time, definitely felt a part of the community and more so taking the time to help and ask questions along the process. Happy to be back doing CrossFit and more so in having great coaches like Ashley, Jamie and the rest!

Cheryl is my absolute favorite coach for sweat classes. She’s attentive, caring, hardworking and absolutely a joy to have as a coach and friend! She’s great with helping those who need extra support and pushing those who can do more. Always motivating and kind, I love coming to this gym and the community it builds!

I cannot say enough positive about Torrance Training Lab. I am in Los Angeles temporarily for work and a referral led me to check out this facility which is not too far from my hotel. It was flexible and easy enough to get a monthly pass, which is important to me since I'm only here temporarily. I joined the Bootcamp classes which are a functional fitness/conditioning mix workout. They also offer traditional crossfit. Marivic/Coach M is an amazing human. Her programming for Bootcamp is extremely challenging and the classes are a full hour. She is also engaged with the students and provides feedback and correction throughout the classes. She brought my attention to issues that I didn't even know I had. The other clients were very welcoming and there is a range of fitness levels within the class.My assignment here is cutting cut early and I'm so sad to leave Torrance Training Lab. Hopefully one day I will be back. Also, Coach M owns the meal prep service Ready Fit Go. This is actually where I heard about Torrance Training Lab. I always look for meal prep places when I travel so I cut back on eating out. That service is also great and warrants a separate review. Overall, I'm so impressed. As someone with a conflicting job and school schedule, it’s hard to stay consistent to a certain class. However, whichever class I go to I know I’ll be well mentored and motivated by the instructor for the day's workout! All coaches are so kind, helpful, and set a great tone for the workout which always creates a phenomenal environment.Whether I hop on a CrossFit class, strength class, Saturday buddy workout class, bootcamp class, or go in during the open hours, I know I’ll get a killer workout at TTL!Their equipment is well taken care of and the gym well maintained also. Torrance Training Lab does a great job at helping people reach their fitness goals and has done a better job at shaping and building one of the best communities out there.

Jen was great today! The warm up “pizza” game was really fun; she explained the workout in full detail so we could set up our equipment. Then she warmed us up and went through a nice mobility flow to get us ready for the workout. Jen helped out a lot of members, especially newer ones; making sure their form was safe and they are moving properly. Jen was also super encouraging and positive! We all had a great class! Great job Jen!

Coach Ashley’s classes are always fun! She always explain into detail what the workouts are, as well as going over movements. The prescribed warm up movements are always a plus!! It’s not listed on the programming so ensuring warm ups are conducted prior to the strength portion of the workout is outstanding! She always makes the class fun by allowing members to share something personal about themselves. It really brings the class together and allow members to get to know each other. It also allow new members to feel comfortable and welcomed. Coach Ashley constantly walks around the room to watch form and technique while cheering them on during heavy lifts.

There are so many things I love about TTL! One of them is the variety of not only the WODs, but of the different class types available to everyone at different skill levels or based on an area you’d like to improve. There are even monthly beach workouts 🌊 Maybe even more important to me is the female strength at TTL! From the owners to the coaches and members, the women at this gym are IMPRESSIVE and motivate me to think I can achieve any lift or movement at some point. Come give the gym a try, so you can become a woman warrior!
