I've been going to Phyx since February and I've noticed so much improvement in my physical mobility, stability, knee pain, and mental health. Semi-private training with Jon, J.P., and Mike has been affordable, challenging, and completely tailored to my needs. I'm not sure what more I could want from a gym or a supportive community.

I trained with Phyx for a couple of years and they were the best program that I experienced. Coach John is a great trainer who truly cares about his passion and he sets difficult but realistic goals for training.
