Hands down, the best gym. The coaches not only know you by name, but are so knowledgeable, encouraging, and push you past what you think you can do. I've been to some other gyms, and they are just not the same. 150% recommend Stay Strong!

The first time I tried CrossFit, I didn't last. I gave it a second shot though here at Stay Strong and I can say that it was one of the better decisions I have made for the overall health and well being of my life.Stay Strong has exactly what you are looking for when it comes to having a very knowledgeable coaching staff that focuses on technique and safety first, all while finding innovative ways to push their athletes regardless of skill levels. Further more they are great about challenging you to go that extra mile even outside of class with things like nutrition, mobility, extra strength conditioning, etc. The staff here has single handedly given me a new appreciation for just being a healthier individual in my day to day life.Intimidated to come in alone? I don't blame you, I was as well. Upon your first few visits you'll quickly realize how close some of these athletes are and after a couple of years with them I can understand why. This is not an ego-oriented gym, but it is competitive gym in all the right ways. You will find athletes of all experiences and of varying skills, and as such you will always find someone who is rooting for you and pushing you to be better. I've seen this gym explode in excitement when someone hits a heavy Olympic lift the same way they explode when someone gets their first pull-up. They don't care where you are at in your journey, but they do care that you come in and put in the work. If you do that then I promise you they will welcome you with open arms. Once they do, you too will understand how its possible to meet some incredible people here.If you're on that edge of deciding, I recommend you swing in and see what it is about. It will challenge you, more than most things I have attempted, but if you can stick with it and be consistent you will start seeing all the positive effects that you are looking for both mentally and physically.10/10*Bonus fact - The gym dog, Brock, is everyone's friend and if you get lucky enough he may choose you for pre class pets and company.

This is by far the best crossfit box in Michigan. Amazing community, great programming and incredible coaches. I highly recommend for anyone looking to join a new gym or just dropping in - Stay Strong is the right choice!

I've been a member at Stay Strong for a long time and I can honestly say that this gym has the most fantastic community, and I've been to countless crossfit gyms all over the world. Not only do the coaches strive to make it a safe environment for everyone, but they practice what they preach. If you're looking for a covid safe gym where you can work on your fitness and nutrition (shout out to Coach Sami!) goals - look no further!

The care and warmth of the coaches and community were factors that influenced me to give it a try and their expertise and continuous support has made me progress my fitness to new exiting levels.If you are looking for a box to help you crush your fitness goals, I would definitely recommend to try out this amazing environment.

The coaches were able to spot long engrained issues with technique in oly, power lifting, and general breathing/bracing. The gym atmosphere is very inviting and appropriate for everything from beginner to expert, especially if you try out different class times.Of the 4 CrossFit gyms I have been to, by far my favorite and sad I found it later than sooner.

My sister and I came across Stay Strong about 2 1/2 years wanting to change our fitness routine. I’m so glad we ended up here! The environment is welcoming and supportive to whoever walks through the door. Coach Kyle, Sami, and James are amazing and are there to support their athletes every day. I’d highly recommend this gym to anyone. Bonus - there are gym dogs.

Stay Strong is your home away from home. The members are kind, fun and welcoming. What is unique about this place is how everyone blends so well together no matter their age, fitness level, and background. My husband and I are able to work out together while our boys watch us and show them the example of health being a priority. The experience and skill set of each of the coaches makes it so easy to find the help you may need personally. They work together as a team and care about our community.

As a chiropractor, proper form and loading while training are very important elements to prevent injury. The coaches here at Stay Strong do everything to make sure you are performing the movements correctly and safely. They help you scale any workout you are unable to do, so you are still getting the stimulus needed to achieve that workout goal. You will benefit here whether it is to lose weight, get stronger, rehab any injuries, or be surrounded by a friendly supportive community!

I've tried many gyms in Michigan and when it comes to fitness, stay strong has more to offer than any box/gym/fitness club. If you're looking for environment, they have some of the best coaches and experienced athletes to push you to the next level. Looking to learn or get into weightlifting and crossfit? The sheer knowledge the owners and coaches offer is astounding. If you haven't tried stay strong, then you are missing out on the chance to grow and truly become fit.
