I am very grateful for Troy City Fitness. I've always been pretty active, but nutrition and consistency were difficult for me. Because of that I didn't see much result in my strength or appearance. Troy City helped me curb those bad habits by keeping me accountable with not only my workouts but my nutrition, as well.By the third week of my 6-week challenge, I had already lost 4% of my body fat and I look and feel stronger than ever before.And the gym itself was an experience I haven't had before, either. From the moment you walk in for a session, the staff and trainers greet you by name. The trainers are amazing--not only do they demonstrate your workouts, but they also will correct your form without ever being overbearing to ensure you have the best workout possible.Working out here really rekindled my love for fitness.I don't think there are many other gyms doing it like Troy City does it!

Joining Troy City Fitness is one of the best decisions I've made. Not only are the trainers incredible, but the community at TCF is one of a kind. It is refreshing to be surrounded by so many women who constantly lift each other up through encouragement and kindness. The staff is top notch; I am always greeted by name, and Selena has a protein shake waiting for me by the end of my workout! Andre's approach to fitness works--I have never had a coach as dedicated as him. Nutrition is just as important as physical fitness at TCF. I send Andre photos of everything I eat and he holds me accountable. I am impressed by how interactive he is with his clients. If you train here and follow Andre's nutrition guide, the weight will melt off. I saw results in just 2 weeks! Also, I LOVE training with Leila. She is knowledgeable, fun, and challenges me. This gym will change your life!!

I love this gym!! The trainers are all so encouraging while not putting up with any BS because they want you to reach your goals just as much as you do. 10/10 would recommend this gym & their program to anyone, regardless of where you are currently on your fitness journey.ALSO?? Their protein shakes?? Bomb. I get one after every workout ever since I started working out there, and they're delicious, filling, and honestly very effective with my current diet. All the staff that work behind that counter are wizards because I don't know how to make a decent shake/smoothie for the life of me. If you're not too interested in the gym aspect, at least go for the shakes ;)

Coach Andre does a great job of holding you accountable for exercise and nutrition! Since joining, I’ve lost weight and gained muscle - my clothes fit great! And some of my new healthy habits are rubbing off onto my husband. Definitely recommend!

I did the 6 week challenge to lose 10 lbs, and all of the trainers were extremely encouraging and motivating, while also holding me accountable to work out regularly and eat properly. It was a great success and I lost around 13 pounds by the end of the challenge, while building muscle.Two months later and I’ve lost another 12 pounds - all in all 25 lbs and counting! Needless to say, Coach Andre’s methods work and I highly encourage anyone who wants to make a real fitness and lifestyle improvement to check out Troy City Fitness!

THE BEST OF THE BEST!!!! The magic in this world happens when you combine talent and passion. That's my man, my brother - Andre - the head coach/the owner. He is super talented (check out his videos on insta) and works so hard in the gym for everyone. He will push your limits and at the same time he will treat you with a lot of respect. I started Troy City Fitness couple of months ago and as you can tell, I LOVE LOVE LOVE his gym. I look forward to going there and has improved by diet significantly. He will give you an opportunity so that you can work on the diet with him closely, its a part of the program. And don't forget to grab a shake after your workout from Morgan or Amber. The shakes are delicious!! So good. Truly THE BEST gym that I have been to ever. Life doesn't get any better :)

The best thing I did for myself is coming into this gym and signing up— lost 20 pounds in 3 months and I feel amazing! Everyone here is awesome, from the front desk staff to the trainers. Thanks Troy city for changing the way I look + feel and for motivating me to continue to work hard + achieve my goals!!
