Fun, supportive, energetic, and very motivating. The owners are members so it’s not your typical gym, they care. The instructors have their own flare and make classes high energy and fun. Time in class flies by so you don’t realize you have been sweating it out on the mat with other amazing people. Give it a try, it’s worth it.

This is the best place I've ever worked out! I don't need help being accountable because I look forward to going to each class to punch and kick with my friends. Classes don't get stale because each trainer puts their own spin on it. The atmosphere is fun, friendly, welcoming, and supportive. Whether you're there to get fit and lose weight, or just to have fun and relieve some stress, you can do it at TKO in a low pressure environment.

My 14 year old son has been attending about a year. He started in the kids class and is now in the regular class (4x a week). He's learned the CORRECT techniques, stances and kicks. Each trainer has their own style/methods and runs their class differently - allowing you to learn something different each class you take. All the trainers and other boxers are so nice, caring, supportive and helpful. Everyone wants you to succeed and do your best each class. Such a wonderful place and environment, both myself and my 19 year old son also signed up for classes 3x a week. It's a good workout and so worth it.

I really enjoy going to the kickboxing classes at Troy Kickboxing Outfit. It's a well-rounded workout, and I appreciate that they incorporate a great warm up routine. I've had personal instructors in the past that did not do as good of a job warming up and stretching out to prevent injury. I also like the friendly, laid-back atmosphere and that every instructor and owner greets you by name. They're highly responsive via email. All around a great place to meet new people and stay in shape!

This is truly the place to be if you want to work out in a setting where everyone is extremely supportive. We are more than just a fit fam, we are a true family! Each trainer brings their own unique focus while keeping the intensity and energy high! The members support one another both in and out of the gym!

Love this place instructor made me feel super comfortable great attitude and atmosphere!

It should not take 3 months to get a refund on a shirt for which I've paid and been waiting for longer than that. Customer service is MOOT at this place, once they have your money. Today they tell me, after months of trying to get a refund, that I have to contact corporate. Someone couldn't have told me this months ago when I cancelled the order?!?!
