Steam room is not 110°F and not steamy enough at all ..but your sauna is nice!..... The steam room located near craycroft and Grant rd Chuze fitness has a great steam very hot and very steamy but the sauna is not hot. I will address them also.... Please fix your steam room..... My family is closer to Chuze on Oracle rd ....... The lady up front said she will address the issue but I don't believe it. She was very nice and said she really wants everything to be working great for everyone. Please help her get the steam room fixed Thank you

Front desk rep was very rude about week ago when I and my guests arrived. Caucasian Female dark hair with ponytail mid 20s. Felt like she didn’t want me and my guest in the facility as soon as we entered. She told me about the guest policy in which I offered to add the guest privileges to my account right then and there. She then said you are allowed only one guest. So a customer behind me says I can sponsor his other guest. She then says and how old is he I don’t think he can be in here. At that point we walked out. The most unprofessional customer service I have ever experienced. Up until that point I’ve never had any issues with that location. I understand rules and policies however this woman threw everything she could to deny entry. Just to add my were of age and not once have ever been spoken to regarding this prior. The worst

Its a nice clean gym, with some sreat staff. For the most part, I've had a good experience so far. The gym itself has decent parking, as well as pretty much everything you'd need to for any workout.

I like this place a lot. However, I enjoy the steam, the dry heat, and the jacuzzi tub after about an hour and a half of lifting weights and treadmill.None of the mentioned have been working at the same time during my workout days.Hope this changes!?

It's easily a five-star facility that provides a great environment and exceptional value.

Great gym with great staff. Cancellation policy is terrible so if you're not serious maybe look at other gyms and their offers before they try and lock you in for a yearly membership. Cancellation fees are ridiculous. I've been going often so it's worth it but seems like a trap for a casual person interested in working out more. Also before deciding to sign up keep in mind that it seems to currently be capped out with members because it's quite crowded most of the time. It seems like nothing will change anytime soon because the owner keeps giving the same generic response to everyone that raises this concern. I just try to find times that are not as busy like 5am - 6am or between 1-2 pm. Other than that good luck even seeing yourself in the mirror.

The size of the gym in comparison to the number of members inside at any given time a day is outrageous. The gym floor where majority of the equipment is located is tremendously overcrowded. I’ve tried varying the hours I went in order to find a time that fits and it’s not possible. Only three bench press benches maybe five squats isn’t cutting it. Forget trying to get in a rotation with someone it isn’t happening. Teenagers camping out on machines while talking to friends or on their phones make it impossible to complete a workout. Everyone is on top of each other in there, there is literally no space unless you like working out on machines only, but if you are into free weights this isn’t the place for you. Canceling my membership this month.

I always thought I wasn’t a gym person, but turns out I just needed the right gym! I love all the amenities Chuze offers, but it’s the environment that truly gets me going! It’s an inspiring and comfortable place, beginners are embraced here instead of shamed plus the staff is amazing!

Amazing gym to workout at. I've gone to many gyms in the time I've posted on maps, and I must say, out of every single one that I have visited, this contained everything good about the gyms I visited into one. Amazing gym, affordable memberships, amazing layout. I really couldn't ask for more. Inside of this gym contains workout equipment of all kinds. Different sections have different things, and is quite organized. Adding onto that, the gym also contains a movie theatre that the gym casts movies to the display for people to watch while working out. Great place, and I would recommend it to anyone who is wanting to go here.

This is the best gym in Tucson. It is affordable, spacious, and has the equipment you need. The bathrooms could be cleaner though. They usually smell and can be dirty at times, but not a reason to leave this gym.
