I love this Chuze! The staff are so nice and the place is very clean. They are also very quick to repair equipment if it breaks. I’ve been a member for over a year now and I’m so glad I joined!

Aerobic machines (ellipticals and bikes) are in poor repair- several haven’t been operational for >1 month and many of the rest squeak and need maintenance. Too few life fitness ellipticals especially in cardio-cinema. No recycling bins. No more soap dispensers in showers. Has declined in quality over past fee months.

AV0ID!!! Great club with lots of new equipment over a large area. Friendly young staff but they pick favorites in their peer group unfortunately. Feel like I was held to a standard they overlook and don't enforce with many especially their friends. Was asked not to return to the gym because of perspective member thought I was rude no one knew anything about her when I'd been there paying the mortgage for 5 years plus, smiling, holding doors open, showing positive gym etiquette as an example to others along with advice when they asked etc.. and I was not allowed to defend myself. Corporate even sided with the manager who'd only been there a couple months and is already gone :-( too many better alternatives for comfortability, avoiding discrimination and being prejudiced in our community thank goodness

The dumbbells in the classroom have been removed so that lessened the amount of free weights available. I don’t know why you would do that….I mean it’s always clean and they have everything there and such. Just not enough of it certain equipment. Also need a better way of wiping down the equipment though. The little wipes they goes aren’t the best.Sure the tanning bed, hydro massagers, sauna, and body scans are nice. But people go to gyms to workout.I use to love this place. I’m still going to go as closest to place I live. Maybe just update it like they did the Oracle facility. That place was awesome! Plenty of space and plenty of equipment.

Just wanted to give a BIG (slap on the back) to Matt (The MAN), and the person that goes above and beyond all managers in the valley gym arena no matter what gym I have visited. I noticed a staff turn over but Matt did not allow a miss-step in the staff's performance. I appreciate when some staff decide to move on, they have the couth to provide the information to Matt and the proper transfer of duties. All of the new staff have stepped right into place...not missing a beat. Matt has it together....there is an investment in the future at Chuze for Matt BIG time! Thanks Matt for all that you do. Trust me, it does not go unnoticed.

Chuze is my second home and the staff are like family! They are warm, welcoming and friendly! They take the time to know your name and greet you. The instructors are amazing! They help everyone become a better, healthier, stronger version of themselves. I love my Chuze family!

Really friendly. Clean, respectable. Has no barbell racksUpdate: As of the beginning of 2022 or a bit earlier they now have barbell racks and many more free weights. Best gym in Tucson for the value at this point.

Smaller than the other Chuze Fitness I have been to which is a huge plus. Feels more like a little community than a giant gross gym. The staff is wonderful at all times of day. I watched the maintenance tech speak to each of the regulars and ask them about their holiday plans. Every morning they greet by name. And if you show up in the evening they act surprised all in good fun. They know their people and it is the best way to start out the day. Never too busy for actual conversation. Mornings, early, are best. It seems like the same group of people work out every morning and that creates nice stability and accountability, even if you never talk to any of them. I have never done the personal training but everyone who comes out of there looks happy to be abused in that way. A reasonable balance of making people work and having fun with them at the same time, from what I have observed.

friendly staff, clean and they have most of the equipments that you will need for a workout. i only had the 7day guest pass due to im only here for a couple of months for travel rn gig and was looking for a gym that is right for me, sadly they don't have a no commitment basic membership plan and i don't want to do the other plans since ill be traveling to other states in the future and chuze has only 4 states location. in my 7 days trying this gym i never had to wait for a machine to be vacant, it does get crowded but they have a lot of machines or equipments. best time of the day to workout in my personal opinion is 6-9am, minimal gym goers at this time.

Facilities are decent compared to other cookie cutter gyms. Took away three stars because I’ve moved to an area where there are no ChuzeFitness gyms nearby, but I can’t get out of the contract without paying a cancellation fee, however nominal it is. I just paid the annual fee, a month’s membership and I’m not gonna pay more for something I can’t use, just on principle. I’m looking forward to getting down with small, locally owned operations going forward.
