Bad customer service. Don’t care about their customers or what we come to prepare for unless it involves one of their trainers. As a professional boxer me and my coach signed up, pay our membership like everyone else to be able to go in and train together. We in no way have bothered anyone or even draw attention to ourselves in the midst of our training but because he’s my “coach” it’s against their “policy” to have anyone else doing work with you. Doesn’t make any sense when a gym is used to PREPARE athletes. Also what’s the difference between my coach spotting me and a friend? Their excuse was they have to protect their trainers ? From what idk? Make it make sense guys. Wouldn’t recommend for any athletes prepping for other sports because they will make you feel very uncomfortable and will wait for the opportunity to not only ruin your workout flow but to show their “authority” both times the trainers were rude and body language was aggressive. Again horrible way to represent a gym. never had this problem at chuze, vasa or any other gyms. Very disappointed on how they handled the matter and showed they do not care about how they treat paying customers.

It’s a pretty good gym so far - very good equipment and nice people. My only issue is the music is usually too loud, even with noise cancelling headphones. The relaxation room is a cool idea with advanced tools and infrared sauna rooms; however, the loud music even penetrates into the infrared room..I wonder if anyone else has issues with the music volume as I see many people use their headphones/earbuds.

There is joy and happiness when I step foot in this gym!The layout is incredible, equipment is always ready to use, the design is gorgeous! It’s such an aesthetically pleasing design and filming is great the lighting in the gym is immaculate!Best gym I’ve ever been to! I can move from cardio to weights to the turf to upper body so smoothly, I can tell you a million things I love about the gym!The staff is so kind great trainers, and everyone is willing to help you grow, if you like to compete or be in a energy where we are on a consistent height of growth this is the place, they post on social media and it’s a real connection with ownership to there gym community!So much opportunity to connect and meet great people that love to weight lift and train like you 😍

Wow! This gym is freaking awesome. There is nothing like it in the area. So glad I joined! Weights for days, lots of space and even a recovery space.
