I recommend this gym if you are ready to work hard and challenge yourself. They offer crossfit, endurance, and barbell club in the schedule.Kim and Eddy are excellent trainers and gym owners! Show up, put in the work and invest in your health.

I LOVE The Beehive! I’m starting my 6th year with them and my only regret is that I didn’t start sooner. The coaches are highly educated and experienced and are always making safety and technique a priority. Best gym in the HD by far!

I've been here almost a year and I'm so addicted. I've made friends with people from all walks of life and all ability levels and have made so much progress in my athletic abilities. I had never done crossfit or serious lifting until joining the Beehive and Coach Eddy and everyone has been supportive and helpful.

I've tried weightlifting multiple times in the past but never stuck with it. I remember in my latest attempt, I failed to deadlift 165 pounds. Yesterday after 3 months at the Beehive, I deadlifted 165 pounds for 10 reps. The progress I've made in such a short time makes me so excited to keep showing up and working hard to get stronger. It's great to have coaches that are invested in my journey and a welcoming environment to grow in.

They do a great job of introducing you to all the exercises and assessing your form prior to starting your first official class to ensue the exercises are being performed correctly and that you feel comfortable.
