I’ve been going to fitness 19 since 2018 and the attitude of the staff has never changed! They’re always so personable and helpful! They keep the equipment and grounds clean. I also worked here for a few months in 2022 and it was a great environment to be a part of.

It's a small gym which I enjoy but it's always dirty. There are only two changing rooms and no extra amenities like massage chairs. Cardio machines are not in good working condition and there's only one of each weight machine. I left Planet fitness to this gym to feel more comfortable without all the influencer recording but that has changed. People are now taking tripods to record or record you while you attend classes. The only reason I haven't left is that I have a one-year obligation with this gym.

Fitness 19 isn’t one of the big fancy gyms with the fancy equipment, however they have equipment that is up to date and gets the job done if your there to work out! This gym is really cozy I never feel overwhelmed due to large crowds. Honestly I really enjoy this gym. The staff is amazing . Trainer “Daron” Is even more amazing he is training my 12 y/o and he is really building his confidence, he’s patient and knows how to motivate him to keep pushing but not to over exert him.
