I started going here with my fiancé about a month ago. Great place to workout!! I've never been much of a gym person, but so far this experience has been positive! Everyone is nice and it doesn't make me feel intimated. I'm self conscious. The idea of someone staring gives me anxiety. I know I'm not the most physically fit, but isn't that why I'm in there in the first place? No judgement please!! 😨😮😱

Updated stars due to reply. They are very kind people and even contacted me to apologize.Will update if necessary.Came to get a tour (signed up for the free 7 day pass) and possibly sign up. Got there a little after 3 on a Thursday. So during staffed hours. No one was there. Called several times and no answer. So sat in my car and played on my phone and what not. Even messaged them on Facebook.4:20 looks like a staff member finally showed up and let someone in who looked like they were waiting for someone to show them around too.So went to check if someone was there yet, only to see a sign that says "no staff 4/11/2019" that wasn't there earlier.So now I can't use my pass and if I sign up, I cant till next week since my work hours are during staffed hours.I know the gym is 24/7 access after youre a member. But if someone isn't going to be there dont let potential new members believe someone will be there when there might not be someone or add something to have potential members schedule their first visit.
