Solid gym for a great price but can't praise it too much either. The pros are it is very affordable and never too insanely busy. A big plus is it is 24/7 too. Equipment is fairly new and it's kept clean. Staff are friendly and attentive when you get their attention too (read further about this though). Here's the cons:When equipment breaks it takes longer than other gyms to get fixed. Men's bathroom urinals and sinks are almost never working correctly. In one instance I mentioned the showerheads were looking like they weren't holding up and close to breaking. In fact one showerhead eventually bursted off the pipe and propelled itself right into my forehead and landed on my toes. When I mentioned it they acknowledged they already had replacements on the way yet they did not close them off for safety (some of the showerheads were leaking too and shooting water upward into the light above... massive electrical hazard!) For such a new gym this place is plagued with silly issues.Staff upfront will lean against the front counter in plain sight for extensive lengths of time right in front of members. It's like they are on their phones all day. When you leave they will look up from their phone and give you a friendly farewell and stare right back into their phones. At least they could do a better job at concealing their complacency. Management isn't around enough to enforce discipline in the workplace.Male members also in the past would take their shirts off bare-bodied on the gym floor. When I mentioned the conduct in the past to staff they told me they've had to warn those individuals before yet were really passive about it. They would not say anything (at least never in my presence) to those members in the moment and just kept letting it slide. There was apparently no repercussions for member misconduct. If you're also a heavy lifter then you might find this gym lacks the weights you may desire. Only a single deadlift area too.Ultimately the shortcomings of this gym are wrapped in the equipment/facilities upkeep and minor staff complacency. I've canceled my membership and gone elsewhere.Best of luck to Blink and hopefully they improve these issues for others.

Great gym, super open floor plan! Lots of space to workout and not be elbow to elbow with people

I'm suing this place. They refuse to return personal trainer money. When the personal trainer misguided me on my calorie and take the gain muscle. Told me to eat a 1350 calorie diet to gain muscle. Given my weight I couldn't gain muscle and wasted away. This gym is absolutely horrible. Would not recommend. Using their trainers. They are unprofessional and they are not trained properly. I lost months of progress because of them. He lied and manipulated me. The trainer was Christopher.

Good gym overall. Only issue here literally is managing memberships.I used to come to this gym quite often before attempting to cancel it online like customer service said I could! Tried that and there’s no option for that and no option for even paying your bill online. They just sold my info to a law firm to get money out of me and my membership wasn’t even a contract. Sure I’ll pay this bill off I don’t deserve, but consider a different gym if you want better handling of your membership!

Great gym. The staff are always friendly and professional. It is super clean and has pretty much all you need for a serious workout. Shout out to Nathan who will bend over backwards to be sure you are taken care of. I am happy to be back after my mom had to take Chemo and Nathan allowed me to return with no questions. I love this gym.

Great gym! I fell off for a while, but I'm back! One of the best mid-range gyms I've been to! 24-hours, most of the standard equipment (and a little extra), and a great app to go with your membership!
