I’ve grown up doing martial arts since I was a kid, & at 16 I transitioned into Muay Thai training with my cousin. He’s the only one I’ve ever trained with & he pushes me & corrects every mistake I make if I’m not doing it right! Same goes for the other coaches, they’ll push you & correct you to make you better! We have a fight team & some of the coaches are part of it & are some of the top fighters in the world. Even if you don’t want to train to compete, you can also come to just stay in shape & learn to defend yourself. They have a beginners class & kids class also if you have little ones. The gym is definitely family oriented & will make you feel part of it. I wouldn’t want to train anywhere else!

#1 place to train for muay thai. the environment is so good and everyone who works there is beyond welcoming. the instructors are amazing at what they do and you will not regret going here. highly recommend:)

This gym is awesome! I have been to other Muay Thai gyms and they throw you into a class of people who are experienced, they don’t take the time to teach you technique. East Side Muay Thai takes the time to show you proper technique. The instructors are personable, they are more than happy to help you at your pace. After finishing the 4 week intro class, I feel confident in my ability to move up to the next level. Not only does East Side Muay Thai help you learn proper technique, they treat you like family, this is truly a hidden gem. If you are considering Muay Thai for any reason, this is the place to go! They even give military and law enforcement discounts.

My son loves it at East Side! He absolutely loves his coaches! All the kids have such respect for their coaches here bc they are great at what they do. The owner is great, you can see his passion for what he does and love for teaching. He runs a great gym. Everyone there makes you feel like family, it’s a great atmosphere. The amount of training you get here for such a low price is awesome! My son has never complained about going to his classes here, like he has done for soccer and other things he’s tried. He can’t get enough here at East Side! My 10yo is going to start and my 13yo. We love it here … check it out I promise you won’t regret it.

I enrolled my son into East Side Muay Thai’s Kids Intro class this past month! The staff is very professional, passionate, and highly attentive to the kids. The coaches helped the kids focus on technique as well as helping the kids apply what they learned with each class. I look forward to my son progressing through the program as he learns respect, dedication, and a new skill set! I highly recommend!!!!

After thoroughly researching a gym that focuses strictly on Muay Thai I found that East Side seemed to be the best. From day one I could tell I found my gym. Jose and the other staff are great instructors. The speed of training is not too fast, or slow and they give you the tools you need to take it to the next level. I highly recommend this gym for all levels whether it's your first time, or you come from different fighting backgrounds. The price for the intro class was more than reasonable and well worth it. The entire staff is awesome. I look forward to becoming a member and hope to see you there in the near future.
