Been a member for some time now. Excellent gym and atmosphere. They have all the equipment you would need for a great workout. 24 hour access, friendly staff, and clean establishment. A good bonus as well is how cool and friendly the other gym members are here. Good mixed crowd. They have another location off of Kempsville also.

A great place to work out! There are machines, dumbbells, plates, and accessories for every exercise that you can imagine. The 24/7 availability is a great add that works for everyone, no matter what their schedule is. On top of that, the staff is great and offer above and beyond service and plans tailored to every individual’s needs.

I have been working out with Terry Stevens my trainer at Natural Bodyz for about 18 months. What a difference it has made in my life. I have more energy and snap back from minor setbacks very quickly-like too much fun on the weekend. I am snow skiing with the best forms and endurance that I have had in over a decade. All the staff and clients at Natural Bodyz are friendly and helpful-this is definitely the right place to take care of the body. Since it is open 24 hours, I often plan a long aerobic event around a good movie or game and don't even notice the time flying by on the elliptical machine!
