To be honest, not the best gym experience I’ve ever had. I tried the trainer program and was paired with someone who didn’t seem all too interested in actually training me and I got a “personalized workout plan” that was made for a body builder, not a person just starting out. The trainer would literally tell me to do something and just walk away. And he didn’t bother explaining the workouts to me in this plan, just said them by name and was shocked I didn’t know what he was talking about. The gym itself is clean and a nice size and they really do offer a lot of cool classes and programs but the membership fee is just to get in the door, everything else is an additional cost. My biggest concern with this club is canceling my membership. It says you have to fill out a member cancellation form, which I did. You have to give it 30 days, so i expected to be charged the follow month but they continued to attempt charges even after that. And I’ve reached out so many times and not one person has called me or attempted to assist me and I had to get my bank involved. The communication at this particular location isn’t great. I won’t say this is a terrible gym but I will say, it’s not worth the cost or the frustration. It was a very disappointing experience for me.

This gym has such good potential. I just wonder if the staff just hate the members. The trainers are extremely rude. They will workout there in their off time and be rude to members. Blast their own music on speakers when other people are working out around them. The bathrooms are often not stocked. Most of the time the front desk is on their cellphones and won’t acknowledge people. A lot of the machines are missing knobs to adjust them. Joined because my old gym didn’t have enough squat racks. They have a class that takes up the room with most of the squat racks at the busiest time of day. Back to back classes on a Friday with two people in each of them.

Very nice gym with all the amenities you need for either casually working out or gaining muscle. Plenty of machines and free weights with areas to go if something is taken. Patrons of this gym are very nice, and there is no judgment if you are just starting your fitness journey. Hot tub, pool and sauna are a plus as well!

What an experience! While sitting in the sauna in 180 degrees the cleaning worker decided it was the time for him to open the door wide open and let the heat out but also proceed to spray windex or some chemicals inside the sauna to clean the glass!!! I have a high sensitivity to chemicals and it’s unacceptable to do these type of cleaning in the sauna while people are inside. When asked to stop spraying the cleaner all over the place i was just rudely told that this is what he was told to do and there is nothing i can do about it…. Addressed this to front desk and again was told that this is normal procedure…. Please explain me why i should be inhaling chemicals while sitting in the sauna and trying to sweat them out…. Make sense pleaseNote: Your sauna should not be operating or producing heat while you're cleaning.

Heaven Satterfield is one of the best trainers I have ever trained with! She really takes the time to get to know you. Heaven don’t just push you to meet your goals she pushes for you and with you!

Want to give more stars but there seems to be an issue with the temperature of the facility, it’s always warm but tonight was unbearable, the front lobby felt fine but as soon as you entered the cardio and weight area it felt like the heat was on and the fans were either off or barely moving. I don’t know if there is a problem with the ventilation, there was a sign about new systems being installed but I don’t feel that.

Onelife has been charging my card for months after I paused my account. I spoke to them, and the response was that they reactivated the account after covid. They already know I'm overseas and don't have regular access to my bank account so most of the payments went unnoticed until recently. I have had minimal response from them. Be careful! And double check what they're charging you.

Edit: I just had a talk with one of the store managers about the condition of the men's showers and also the complete lack of greeting when customers enter and exit the gym. He explained that the person at the desk was just covering a shift and i nearly blacked out...! Don't give me an excuse. The lack of soap in the men's showers is an on going problem, just like the stalls being out of order for a over a MONTH. I do not blame the staff, this is a management problem that needs to be fixed.
