I’ve been a member at the Castleton IA since January and I cannot recommend it enough! Staff is seriously awesome, they’re always super nice and willing to help you out! Very clean and organized environment and lots of great equipment. There has never been a time where I had a bad workout here!! Absolutely fantastic gym!

THIS IS A MASSIVE GYM! Equipment everywhere. So much space! What I really like, and what separates Iron Asylum from the typical gym is the awesome staff. Walk into the door and you're greeted with a warm smile and you go about your business. Super easy. Highly recommend Iron Asylum.

We traveled to Virginia Beach for vacation. We looked for a gym that wasn’t douchebags. These folks are good people. A beautifully set up gym for people who want to workout. Great if you are a power lifter.
