My son has been going to the Little Gym now for over two years. He has absolutely loved every minute of it! He is neurodivergent and can be challenging at times and the staff has shown our family nothing but kindness and empathy, which is difficult to find in extracurricular activities in the area. Thank you Little Gym for being so amazing and for showing our son love, encouragement, and kindness! We highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a fun, welcoming activity for your little ones in the Hampton Roads, VA area.

10/10! Alyssa, Marley, and the Abbys went above and beyond to make sure our 4-year-old had the best birthday ever. The facility was clean, bright, friendly, and very well maintain. Awesome team.

My daughter (toddler) goes to this gym once a week and talks about it all day the other 6 days of the week. All of the teachers and coaches are the definition of patience, learning, and SO much fun! Definitely the place to go if youre looking for some fun for your little one!

My twins started a Super Breasts class for 2-3 year olds around March of 2022. The class is well organized. I like that the classes are weekly. I feel that's just the right amount of exposure. The fee is comparable to other gym rates (I found The Little Gym gives better multi children discounts) and is charged monthly. I also love that the instructors are super relaxed about the lessons. Some kids participate, some run around and explore. They are unpredictable toddlers there for a good time so the flexibility is refreshing. All the instructors and even other parents are super supportive. Photos and videos are encouraged. We all learn a lot about milestones, sign language, how your kids interact with other children and watch as they learn new skills! There is no contract. You can cancel anytime. And in fact, have to re-enroll for specific seasons. Meaning if you choose to do a season, you will be charged monthly until a certain date and then the charges stop unless you sign up for the next "round" of classes. But, as I said above, you can cancel anytime and there is no contract! There are masks at the door for those that feel more comfortable even though the facility is mask optional. Hand sanitizer is available throughout as well. Mats are cleaned/sanitized before and after every class. The kids wash their hands after every class. The sink is located outside the exit door of the gym. The exit is also a separate door than the entrance which I liked. There are bathrooms inside the gym and an additional one located near the handwashing station outside the gym through the separate exit door.I've missed a few classes due to illness. Make up classes are easily scheduled at no additional cost. Communication is super easy. I chose texting and they have responded 100% of the time. There is also a "practice" session offered with some classes where you can come in and use the gym to familiarize your child(ren) with the environment. It's included in the class fee. You do have to sign up but its not hard to find availability. So really you get 2 classes if are able to take advantage of both.Couple of notable items for my family specifically. It took one of my kids a long time, like about a month, to get acclamated to this routine. This makes me know this was the right thing to do to break her out of her comfort zone but that's obviously just personality. My suggestion would be, definitely give it a few classes before making a final decision if you are unsure. Or just sign up for one month! Another suggestion for something I would like to see would be maybe some recess games like red light, green light, hopscotch, more use of hula hoops or jump rope. I mean they are toddlers so we cant expect much. This is if I had to pick something to add for an improvement. And that's me reaching because we really did enjoy the experience the way its setup with the games already in place. Hope you have the enjoyable experience my family has had! Have fun and stay safe.

The teachers are all AMAZING! My daughter has gained so much more confidence and independence since starting her classes in September. The staff sanitize everything between classes and the cleanliness is maintained throughout the facility. I highly recommend The Little Gym to anyone with kids.

I absolutely love this little gym ! Our daughter has been going here for going on 3 years. She was so timid and reserved at the new environment in the beginning.. but all the staff, children and parents have played a huge role in her exploring her adventurous side and being more active and involved ! We loved the parent/child classes. Due to covid we are not allowed in the playroom but still get to experience class with them in the waiting are through the HUGE glass. So we can give thumbs up, see and give smiles, and watch them reach their milestones ! Thanks little gym !

Good low-stress environment for your toddler to gain more social skills and mobility. The staff are nice and disinfect all surfaces in between classes. Most surfaces are padded for your kid's safety. $26 for a 50 minute class; theres a one time "kid kit" (bag of sensory toys) you buy during the first class

The entire Little Gym staff in Virginia Beach are outstanding! They are professional, caring, accommodating, understanding... the list goes on. I am so impressed with how much they care about their clients, the kids and their parents. They have done a incredible job despite all the challenges associated with Covid making their learning environment clean, safe and enjoyable. From my own personal experience they have saved me when I needed to place my daughter in classes last minute. I highly recommend the Little Gym. This place is one of a kind! You should take your kids here without a doubt!

We've been going to the Little Gym for almost a year now, and we are so happy with our experiences there. I love how targeted the programs are for the specific age groups of the kids, and I love the different variety of activities the kids are able to do. Every week is something new, and also something really fun that my daughter seems to really enjoy! And to top it off, the staff and teachers are just fantastic and really put my daughter at ease, even if she's feeling especially toddler-y that day. They are wonderful people, and we're so thankful to have their kindness and enthusiasm every time we attend a class! Thank you all for being so awesome!
