Virginia Beach Athletics (CrossFit Resolute)

Awesome gym. Highly recommend. Dropped in for a week. Very reasonable weekly drop-in fee (a bargain, really). The gym is very clean with new equipment, but stays aligned with the original CrossFit roots. Owner/coach is a really good coach who has a great eye for finding and method for teaching the fundamentals. Would definitely join this gym if I weren’t from out of town.

This is where the original grass roots CrossFit meets modern and most relevant equipment and coaching. Yes, COACHING! This is not the type of facility where your coach sits on the sidelines. This coaching is spot on and can walk anyone through a safe and effective workout. This gym feels like home away from home.

I had a chance to drop in at VB Athletics and had a great experience! The staff and group of athletes were very welcoming and the gym was super clean! If you're looking for a CrossFit gym in Virginia Beach or Norfolk you should check out this one! I got a great workout and met some cool people! I'll definitely be back. Thanks!!

I never thought I would say I do CrossFit, however, JD made me a believer. CrossFit is for everyone, not just people in the best shape. It's a great way to get stronger and healthier. The coaches make it accessible for everyone. I'm so excited that my daughter and I are working out together in the best gym I've ever been to

I'm so glad I decided to join this gym! I highly recommend trying this place out. A few pro's if you are on the fence about joining: expert coaching, a great community, varied and challenging workouts, facilities are top-notch, and fun events every month - for the whole family! Last but not least they have kid care while you work out - no extra charge.
