Workout Anytime Virginia Beach has been a terrific gym for me! I left the VB Rec centers after many, many years to be able to have better access to equipment at more varied times. Hailey and Lexi are terrific managers and trainers with extensive knowledge!The access and schedule has allowed me to have more efficient, e1ffective works and have resulted in me building significant strength, increased muscle and losing 20 pounds in 4 months.Hailey and Lexi are available for quick suggestions and recommendation for workouts/exercises and how to handles minor injuries.

This gym has been a gem since i first moved here a year ago. A year later, its still my go to spot for a great workout. Its ALWAYS spotless and every weight in its place. Hailey and Lex are the awesomest people and run a great gym. 100/10 would recommend

I HATE GYMSSo when I was finally able to find a community and home that happens to be a gym I was amazed and beyond grateful. I prioritize my health, but hate feeling judged or uncomfortable. I haven’t felt that once! Everyone is so inviting, helpful, and just kind. They know my name when I walk in and make me want to come back. ALSO SO CLEAN. As you know gyms can get yucky real quick, but they are dedicated to make sure equipment and the space is clean and smelling fresh. If you can’t tell, I obviously support this gym and want other good people to come try it out!

Came in town for vacation, but needed a gym to perform my knee rehab close by our rental. They let me get a two week membership and it worked out great. The facility was very clean and well-maintained. Glad they had an elliptical, free weights, weight machines, box jump box, and cable with ankle strap to perform my specific exercises.Thank you very much

Amazing gym! Convenient location with great equipment and amenities. The other members are welcoming and encouraging. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and supportive.

This gym is amazing. The only rush/busy time is of course around the time everyone is getting off work, other than that it's pretty empty which is great. The trainer and manager are very helpful and care about the people who come to workout. I started coming to this gym because it's very close to my residence and it's 24/7, which is very convenient when I get busy during the day.
