We love it here! Coach Meghan is my daughter's favorite. It's great to see our daughter grow in confidence.

My daughter enjoys coming here but the classes appear to be disorganised to me. The kids seem to spend 1/2 the time standing around doing nothing.

We love Coastal Gymnastics. My 4 year old has been attending for over a year. The instructors are all very nice and helpful to the young gymnasts. My daughter has learned a lot and continues to develop her skills. The gym is very clean and we look forward to going every week.

Poor customer service when trying to contact the staff. No one ever answers the phones and you are forced to leave a phone message with hopes of getting a phone call back. I stop bringing my child in October because we moved further inland to Fallbrook. Paid services for November, December, and January (was charged membership fee). I left a message the first week of December and never received a callback, which led to charges in January $100. I had my wife call and eventually emailed them through the website portal and they said we would not get charged for February and that we were not eligible for a refund. They also stated that I never called and left a message, which was not the truth at all. Their website also gives you no option to cancel your membership. If they answered their phone as most normal businesses do, then I would have salvaged my charges in January. Unsatisfactory and is treating it's customers as if it operates on its rules with no real concern for customer refunds and satisfaction. The lack of canceling on the website coupled with not answering the phone allows this company to yield more fees, even if the intent of the customer is to cancel. Pretty much called me a liar and I have been trying to get a hold of them since the first week of December.

We are newer to CGA and my kids just love it. It is a drive but so worth it. They have been amazing with keeping the gym clean and safe for the kids through COVID. I really feel that my kids are developing the basic skills they need to go as far as they want with gymnastics. My son is 5 and my daughter 3. Great and friendly staff.

Ever since moving to SD, we have encountered numerous bad customer service and rude people، and this gym definitely has both. The coaches are mostly nice and if it wasn't for them, I'd pull out both my children.

Love this gym. Huge gym with a pit. The coaches go out of their way to make a good experience for all involved.

This was the most frustrating experiences that I've ever had. We recently signed up for dance two months ago. Within those two months they canceled twice and i was apparently supposed to get an email but never did (even though they checked for my corrected email twice). Then i walk in today and was informed that the dance class was canceled indefinitely through yet another email that i never received. This establishment is so unprofessional and unorganized and i will not ever recommend any of my friends to this establishment EVER!

This gym is amazing. I go there for the open gym days for small children. It's only an hour of free play for the little ones. $5 per child. There's a foam pit, trampolines, balance beams, bars, large balls, parachute, exercise toys., etc. Great exercise for the kids. Must supervise your own children. Open play is Wed. at 10 and Thurs. at 11. They offer classes for older children.
