Crunch Fitness - Vista

This gym is home to me; I have used many gyms but I am back at Crunch Vista. The atmosphere is comfy, clean, and safe. The staff always have a smile on their faces, (like all of them) and they are quick to answer any questions and give a helping hand. If they don't know something, they figure it out and quick and get back to you. As woman gyms can be intimidating but Crunch Vista really makes their members comfortable and encourages them to meet their goals. Definitely recommend! Go check them out!

Been coming to this gym for a couple years now. It’s located in good area with plenty of parking. The staff are always helpful and keep the gym clean. I don’t wait often for machines do to the wide variety and mass amount they have to offer. They always have drinks fully stocked if I forget mine at home which is nice. Music selection isn’t half bad as well if I leave headphones at home.

Alot of the equipment doesn't work at times, and a coach cancelled on me multiple times and still charged me. Instead of giving money back they just offer more trainers. My bank hooked me up though with their money. At the end of the day they made sure they didn't take a loss and kept all the money in the business. Bad business

Going on 2 years as a member without any issues whatsoever. After reading some of the negative reviews all I could say some ppl just like to complain. It's rare that equipment breaks down but if it does use another machine lol, if a class is canceled do something else be happy enjoy life and stop complaining about the little things!

The Vista Crunch is extremely well kept by staff, the equipment is always organized well, bathrooms are always clean and the staff team has the most excellent customer service! Ava, Hailey, Caleigh and Marcos are a few shining examples of staff who go above and beyond for their customers, they are always here to help out, give tips and have an amazing attitude while doing it all. The Vista crunch is by far the best location I’ve been to in San Diego, I can’t recommend it enough. Many thanks, keep up the great work!

I'm not sure they ever clean here, or if they do it is perfunctory cleaning. I come here every day so notice that it's not clean. The ladies room needs a good cleaning.I would never take a shower here.They need to invest in a cleaning crew that knows how to clean. The staff is always friendly.
