It was a little tough to find, but that added to the overall experience. One of the best gyms I have ever visited. All the equipment you need and the right environment for a serious lifter.

The competition event was awesome! People were really nice; and the food vendor, Leilani's Hawaiian BBQ, was delicious!!

5000 square feet of great equipment. The community is awesome. The owner of the gym, Rick Simmons is unprofessional, cheats on his girlfriend with clients and if you question his behavior you will be kicked out of the gym. He doesn’t value relationships.

Did a drop in yesterday as I'm from Toronto. Found the gym to have a great atmosphere and dedication to their passions. Rick and the team were very welcoming. I would definitely have joined if I lived here. All the best Iron Mongers.

A strength and power training center for some of the worlds best athletes come to compete and train. Always a great experience!
