I love this place! Best prices in town and lacking in nothing. Well, except for a lap pool and jacuzzi. Which is why price is right. Friendly, clean atmosphere

Well for starters all I have is my bank of America edd card with more than plenty $$$ on it but I was told you have to have a routing # and account # well I called bank of America they told mean that I could have my account number but not the routing number it doesn't work like that with the EDD card through Bank of America and because I don't have that I can't sign up at their gym and that's just not right that's not cool there's plenty of money on it and because of that routing number that I can't get if that's out of my hands I was turned down for membership I want to go to their gym really bad at I heard it's a highly highly four star gym and I want to join it and I can't 😔😔😔

Love this place. The anti-gym gym. Always clean, staff is cool AF. Open 24 hours. Can't believe it's so cheap either. Good app too.

Tried to sign up online and they ask for credit card and checking account information. No other online sales/company/website does this. Also there is NO customer service line at their headquarters. Why?? I looked at other ratings and they are very low regarding fees, stopping payments etc. Indicatations don't look good. Will sign up somewhere else.

I have been coming here since they originally opened back in 2016, I believe. Love the facilities, always clean and well stocked. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable, especially the managers Ruth and Carlos.

I went in today. Finally. And I love the place. No pool. But the 30 minute express workout area is boss by far the smartest best I've seen

Shower was disgusting with slime and mildew all over it.So gross and very unprofessional 🤮Also, they said that "this location" does not allow guests to use the amenities like the massager etc. The other locations do but just not this one even though they have it but guests can't try it out. To me that's pretty ridiculous and doesn't really make any sense why they would have it but not let guests use it when other locations do.Ok so I went here for a second visit and when I was done with my shower, I opened the curtain and someone's dirty underwear fell on my head!!😩 So super disgusting I won't be back again this place is gross! 💩👎

The workers are very rude ! I asked for help with the massage chair and the workers were talking but when I came to ask for help they seemed very a annoyed and did not acknowledge me. They seemed hesitant to even want to let me use the massage chairs as they said only one works., no smiles no customer service. This is the 3rd time one of the employees has been rude for no reason. Never coming back to this location. Which sucks because this is closest to my home.

Quickly becoming an inconvenience. It feels like this location opened not long ago... Yet it is already going into disrepair. Haven't worked out at this location in a while... Went to fill up my water... "out of order". Stepped onto a cardio machine... "out of order". Finished my workout... Went to take a shower... No hooks to hang clothes or towels. No floor mat in the shower entry area and the floor is a puddle. Not convenient for guests. Hoping the owner throws in a few bucks for some upgrades and common conveniences.On the plus side, the staff was helpful and friendly today.
