TG The Gym Vista

I moved down to the Vista area last year and was looking for a new gym to call home. I'm so thankful to have found TG! I feel like it has the right balance of cleanliness and grunginess (when a gym is too clean it puts me off). Great variety of free weights, machines, cardio, and the outdoor area is great too. Staff is always friendly and you can tell they care about the gym as well.

My home, my dungeon, my place I go to to start my day. There's nothing like the cold steel sound of banging and clanging that make this place a ShangriLa to the patrons of this iron establishment. This is a place where you can be you and create a better you. The staff is always great and people treat you like you matter. Cannot recommend enough and be proud that I go to this gym.

For the few people complaining: Yes, they will not answer their phone or answer emails, etc. However, if you are serious about working out/body building, you come to THEM and ask questions you want at the front desk. That's how it works …

I love The Gym I’ve been going for years , never had any issues , it feels like a family in the gym not just random people that you see every once in a while . The vibe and the music is so amazing always getting crazy pumps and always feeling motivated .All the workers have amazing personalities and it always feels welcoming .

Best gym in North county San Diego. Best atmosphere, best environment. I love this gym! It has really professional equipment with the dumbbells going up to 150lbs. It even has 100lbs plates. The staff is really cool. If you have any questions they'll answer it no problem. I would recommend this place from beginner all the way up to experienced.
