Pretty chill great work out....there where some kids with loud inappropriate music and staff quickly de-escalated it professionally I made everyone happy and everyone continue looking late and playing basketball what a great day.

Whadya think, boys, wanna go smack a few balls around? You got a racquet? No problem, you can borrow mine. Maybe we can shoot some hoops later. And if the court is busy, we can play ping-pong. Cool down with a couple laps around the elevated track. Sounds good, dude, cuz we can do all this (and more!) at the storied and handsomely appointed Cedar Falls Recreation and Fitness Center.

Economical option for Cedar Falls residents with a quality staff, place can sometimes get busy on the courts which can be dirty but still worth the price of admission. The locker room facilities are cramped but have been modernized.

We recently tried toddler time and our son LOVED it! We will definitely be doing this more often. I believe entry was $3 but for the time and fun he had it was well worth every penny!

Sauna and steam room. Cardio equipment and free weight area. Motion weight equipment as well. All great!! Can get crowded, due to the hours. That's the only downside for noot giving a 5 star review. Operations need to be open longer to accommodate others lifestyles.

Small and often very crowded on the sunny and hot weekend days but a very nice water park that offers something for everyone from toddlers to full grown adults. My family always has a great time when we go there.

Please do not waste your time or money at this place. My brothers and I went to play basketball here and while putting our shoes on we pulled masks down to and were just talking. Immediately an employee started raising her voice at us and threatened to call the police for not having them up. We calmly put them on. At no point were we disrespectful to her, we kept going about our business only to be screamed at shortly after the first time for the exact same thing (another cops threat as well). Again we were not purposely trying to cause problems. Do not get me wrong, we have no trouble complying but being rude and disrespectful for no reason is not the way to go about things we when speaking to a customer. We will never be going to back. Please take your business somewhere worth your money where you don’t have to deal with being screamed at for no reason. I suggest FIT Cedar Falls or the Cedar Valley Sportsplex.

Great place, decent amount of workout equipment to suit your needs, good indoor track and basketball court. As well as plenty of classes that are free or you can pay for. Only downside is that it often gets busy in the weight room leaving waits for certain equipment. And some of the free weights and certain machines are very old or in questionable condition
