I TELL YOU WHAT THIS PLACE IS FANTASTIC! At this place you can have fun workout and get a whole lot of laughs all in one place. If you feel sore well that just means you did it right. One of the best gyms in the area!

Ninja U is probably one of my favourite places in Cedar Falls. I go there at least 3 times a week and the staff is always welcoming and kind. If you want a fun time, I highly recommend it.

Lots of fun for our kiddos and me. Not every obstacle is doable, but kids want to try them all. This is a perfect place to train if you want to try some ninja warrior competitions.

Had a great time for a Ninja\U birthday party for my daughter and her friends. The upstairs is perfect for birthdays and the Ninja coaches were great with helping the kids do various activities.
