UPFIT

With my work schedule being unpredictable, I was in the market for a gym that had 24/7 access. When looking around at all the different options in the area, there were no other gyms that compared to UpFit. You will not find a better bang for your buck than what UpFit has to offer. They have all the equipment, weights, and classes you will ever need. The gym area is well kept and clean. This doesn't even mention the staff. They are second to none.Note: Just saw the 1-star reviews in here. Obviously the individuals that left these can not read the bold lettering on the door that explicitly says not to do what they did. These individuals should know that this is the nicest gym this area has ever had and putting these type of reviews can impact a business(that is locally owned) over time.UpFit, keep being great and thanks for investing your time and money in this community!

My favorite gym! It is rare to find a gym to have the equipment and space to accommodate my CrossFit style workouts! Bri, the staff, and morning members have been extremely helpful and supportive of my goals. 100% recommend this gym!!

This place is amazing!! The equipment and staff are beyond incredible! 100/100 would recommend. The staff is invested in it’s customers and their fitness goals! Come here for all of your fitness needs!

Great clean gym with good equipment. Luckily I’m not illiterate and read the signs about not holding the door open for others. If I were illiterate, then I would have probably tried sneaking my other illiterate friend through the door thinking this 24 hour gym equipped with fantastic security and devices that can record real life events couldn’t possibly identify my act of larceny.I’m able to get a really good workout in which helps me stay sharp mentally as well. Without the great workouts I get here, I would suffer mentally and surround myself with other nugatory individuals.Finally, I appreciate this locally owned small business and the fantastic customer service they provide. If it wasn’t for the outstanding work they do to take care of members, I may have rounded up a thicket of idiots to help submit one star reviews on my behalf.

I have watched this facility grow from the ground up. The owners have vested their time, money, energy and interest into a fantastic 24-hour fitness facility on the north end of Waterloo. This is awesome to have something like this to help revitalize the area. I have worked out with a trainer and also worked out on my own. The staff is the best I have ever worked with. They have clear expectations and hold clients accountable to maintain a safe place to workout. The facility is clean with the best equipment. If you haven’t tried UPFit yet, what are you waiting for?? Thanks for bringing this business to our area.

Best gym in the Waterloo area by far. The 24-hour access makes it accessible to anyone regardless of schedules and their security systems make you feel safe. The equipment is clean and new and they have a wide variety of machines and free weights. Clean bathrooms and showers available too.

This is a phenomenal Gym in the Cedar Valley. The owners are friendly, respectful, and committed to giving their members the best fitness experience possible. If you are looking for a safe and secure gym to workout in I highly recommend.
