I came in to try their free class, and it was great that’s all I wanted to do. I’m someone with very high anxiety. I just wanted to try their free class and somehow I spent $100 on wraps. They kept calling and texting saying to sign up . And when I would ask what’s their membership plans they said they could only talk about it in person. So that would make me very nervous as a person with anxiety I have a hard time saying no so I never went back, but I kept getting calls , text, emails. Saying I owe them money. I just wanted to try an get out my comfort zone. I just wanted to try the free class and somehow I owe them $400. I never went back after the free class.

My son enlisted in the Army. They don't "pick" their leave dates. He was only able to give the gym 3 weeks notice so they decided that joining the military to protect their freedoms has no exception to their policies. This kid is killing himself in basic to serve this country. "30 day" notice should not be a thing in this circumstance. Be weary when you sign any contracts with people like this. They only want your money.. clearly they do not care about you as people. Their GENERIC response below. The military doesn't give a 30 day notice.... its not rocket science

I've been to multiple locations Lehi, Riverton, and Trolley. Coaches are welcoming and respectful. I actually started at this location (May 2021) but moved and Riverton was closer. My lease expired. This was my 1st wk back here(new here now). Robbie is a very condescending person. I came in to spar, as a coach had invited me a week previous. seconds after stepping in to the gym Robbie (coach) begins speaking to me in a sarcastic tone. A full gym listens and observes as he attempts to ridicule me. I do not argue(I am clueless to what's going on) but he continues scolding me as if I knew what was going on, so much that people Stop hitting the bags; parents watching their kids just stare. I walk to the office to request cancellation.( which the lady in the office told me to do on my own because she "didn't want to cause communication issues" and the Riverton franchise is not her problem). He came to his senses and tried to apologize after I asked to cancel my membership. I am not sure if he was having a bad day or something. I've never had an experience like this at Legends. Must just be this franchise

Great place to learn boxing and get some cardio in on the side. A little hard to follow and learn all on one class, but that might be a personal problem. 😆 …
