I won’t name names, but if someone is paying $250 a month for training and they are relatively new to boxing, i don’t think the trainer leading the group should be on their phone a majority of the time while the training session is ongoing…

Love working with Coach Casey. Finally at a gym where I’m actually being trained, critiqued, and instructed. Sparring takes place to give opportunity to apply what I’m learning. Great gym!

great people and environment but if you want to learn to box/fight this gym isnt great. i would only recommend if you are under the age of 16 and have never boxed before.
