The coaching staff and facility is phenomenal here. The owner and head coach Mike Wilson is a team USA Grappling Coach, UFC Cornerman, Runs a professional grappling event and actively competes. They have coaches for lightweights and heavyweights as well as a strong women’s program. They practice what they preach are one of the top new schools around. I highly recommend training with them if you are in the area.

I was visiting for their Grand Opening and Casey Halstead seminar yesterday. The facility is truly beautiful. The artwork on the wall gives a great aesthetic. As for the training, you can’t do better than a Casey Halstead black belt that offers a strong culture and they have I think 4? Everyone from the coaches to the students were very welcoming. If you’re going with a group, I’d recommend carpooling if possible as the parking lot can be a bit packed.

did some drop ins while i was in the area but super welcoming school with legit instructors with lots of knowledge willing to help you out. briefly trained at the old location in whittier a few years ago and this was definitely a huge upgrade from that. the open mat offered a lot of bodies and skill levels. good music too def recommend.

Been to a couple open mats here and it’s usually a treat. Very fun and friendly vibe here. coaches are down to earth and friendly. everyone is kind and respectful. Made a couple friends here now.
