I work next door. I was very excited to sign up here until I was told there is No towel service. I easily go through 5 towels per visit & I’m not about to do laundry every day because the Owners want to save pennies. I would sign up and bring friends if you provided towels for your guests, and delete all negative reviews I’m posting.

No spin bike on the floor and the cycling room is only open for the classes-that sucks...at least one spin bike on the floor wouldn't hurt.

Only gym nearby. So crowded during the day. Girls are always hitting on me acting like they've seen me or something and parking is terrible.

Showing it's age. Newer cardio machines a plus but other weight machines are worn and dated. The place needs a good cleaning if not a renovation.

I usually visit the Whittier 24 Hour, so I came here to try it out once. In my opinion the gym is pretty small and there is not as much room but you can still get your workout in. Hopefully there isn't a lot of people when you come though!

It is a good club to go to if you don't want to drive to the La Miranda club. It is a low budget gym and it would be nice if they didn't lock up the sand bells and rope. It would be nice to have the tire to flip. The one you see out belongs …

You know that smell when you pee after eating too much asparagus? That's what this place always smells like. Always super busy. They lock the equipment in the group room which sucks cause if you need something you have to bring it from the …

Looks really big and impressive, then you walk in and it seems small and dinky. Outdated machines, but they're well organized. Locker room and pool area were reasonably clean. Water fountains are spread out solo dolo-like (usually they're placed in pairs). Dug the core stuff being in a mini-room by itself but, like the rest of the gym, it seems like it would be borderline nightmarish during peak hours. Anyway, long story not-so-short, can't really call it great or terrible. Also am I nuts or is this building a renovated theater??
