Located at 13312 Imperial Hwy., Santa Fe Springs, CA, 24 Hour Fitness offers basic amenities including a pool and basketball court. The gym has helpful and friendly staff but struggles with maintenance issues, such as broken equipment and cleanliness, especially in the locker rooms and restrooms. The gym also tends to be overcrowded during peak hours, but it offers a convenient location and has supportive staff.

Despite being named '24 Hour Fitness,' it does not operate around the clock, causing disappointment among members. While some long-time attendees enjoy the accessible and diverse workout environment, the facility could benefit from better upkeep and extended hours to meet its full potential.

Overall good gym, however they lock up the cycling room and only have 2 spin bikes outside. Don't they trust their paying members why lock up the room? No other gym does this.

African American male, bald, manager with glasses, about 5'10, customer service was Highly unexceptional and rude; he barely made eye contact with me and denied me of entering the gym twice before checking my account notes (after explaining to him I spoke to multiple ppl and then insisted on him checking my notes) after that I didn't feel welcomed at all so i left AFTER he found what I was explaining to him for 2 minutes????What's the point in denying someone access to there gym more than once before investigating the situation???? I have no reason but to take this personal. especially when I've witnessed management waive certain things for members. This particular manager was HIGHLY adamant.I been in customer service for 10 yrs and i know for a fact this situation was handled poorly...(this doesn't deserve any stars at all but can't leave a comment unless I added one)

Been coming here for over 8 years and been a 24 hr member for over 20 years. It's not equinox or an elite level gym so don't expect towel services or a super clean facility. Has basic amenities and I have seen machines, TV's and weights being upgraded. Staff at the front are pleasant. Locker room is generally clean as I come during my lunch break. I read parking lot can be dodgy at night but never had any bad experiences. I haven't seen obnoxious gym members or pretentious body builders there. Pretty diverse crowd just trying to work out. You get what you pay for and I'm happy with this average style gym.

Really needs a remodeling! Just broken old gym

author-img

Machines are always broken. Free weights are all lying around randomly.

It's a cool gym but gets really crowded, and some of the crowd is...unsavory.

Nice enought. Has a pool and sauna. Lots of sand at the bottom of the sauna.?? Good crowd of people.

Equipment is always broken, the sauna is nasty. It takes then a long time to fix anything that brakes.

Good sports center. Great aerobics instructors. Dulce is an awesome Zumba instructor!

Machines have been broken for months now. The 2 water fountains in the gym area haven't been working for 2 weeks. When I had to buy a bottle of water at premium prices, it wasn't even cold because the refrigerator was busted. What kind of shop are these guys running here?!? Everybody pays a monthly of $30 which should total into the ten thousands so I don't understand why the upkeep is getting worse.
